Found a local restaurant, underrated hidden away, never new about it and I live in the area, will definitely come back to try other dishes and when ever I have craving for my favorite dish (banh cuon) she makes just the way I like it. Recommend to try out and the owner is very friendly too.

A extremely underrated place that should give it a try. It provides exactly flavour in my home country meal. In compared the price to other it actually not much different at all around 17-20$ per people. And the service is extremely nice but keep in mind that they take lots of effort to make good quality food so be sure you have a lot of free time when visit there. The atmosphere fully provided with many plants making it have fresh air but it position quite tight. In the end I recommended to try it out to experience the best broken rice I have tried in Saint Albans. I just hope this restaurant getting a little more attention

The aunties here are always friendly. Even though the english wording of the menu doesn’t fully convey the meaning of the dishes as there seems to be some misinterpretation, the dishes are very delicious. Highly recommend you google the dish in its vietnamese name if you’re confused and not sure what the dish is. We ordered the fermented fish soup and the steamed rice cake wrapped with pork and mushroom. All was yummy. We will comeback again next time to try other dishes

Home style traditional southern dishes. The banh xeo is delicious

The best cơm tấm (broken rice) in St Albans! The meat is very moist and the pickle is tasty. There’s also a wide variety of other dishes. This place deserves more recognition for their great authentic Vietnamese food.
The restaurant is located in an alley way so it’s a little bit hard to find. They have outdoor seating as well.

A very small restaurant with lots of decorations and greenery. The food was quite okay. We ordered my quang, spicy beef noodle (bun bo hue) and maryland chicken with rice. The noodle in bun bo hue was not very cooked but it was a decent meal with my quang. There were lots of veggies accompanying the meals. The atmosphere was quite noisy and I felt very uneasy eating here

The most amazing Cơm tấm I have ever tried in Melbourne. Only $17 and you have full topping (including the soup), I think it’s better than Tan Thanh Loi (personal opinion). The auntie is really friendly, it made me miss my grandma ❤️

Hidden in the wall outlet. People here don’t speak English, only Vietnamese. But the chicken hotpot is insane and probably one of the only available in Melbourne (Lau Ga La Giang). It’s definitely worth $100 if you want to steer away from pho and the normal run of the mill dishes.

Been here a couple of times and their pho is amazing and consistent quality. There is a language barrier but it’s easy to get over (just point at the menu)
