Great service with Best food with cold draft beer while enjoying the game. Whole fish or tibs Firfir are among my favorites.

Truly very impressed with this restaurant. I’ve been here multiple times and each time I’m not disappointed. The service was excellent. Our server Rozina greeted us the minute we got there and continued to deliver excellent service. The food was of quality with great price. Overall very satisfied with their service. The owner/ manager was very humble and made sure we had a great experience. Thank you!

I will not recommend this place, especially for the food. The taste isn’t bad; however, the portions are extremely small and overpriced. We paid more than $100 for three dishes and a couple of sodas, and it still wasn’t enough for three people. The customer service was average, and the restaurant didn’t seem very clean. I’m honestly surprised they’re still in business. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Although the fish wasn’t fully fried, the food was decent. I love the food. The only issue I had is that the waiter waited a while before bringing the check. Not very professional. Other than that, I will try again.

Vegetables combo with special gored gored and Yetashe Kift together for big meal, the seasoning of the food is great, variety veggie option with different seasoning and make sure try with original Ethiopia Enjer which little more sour and tangy flavor to accommodate food together well.

It’s a perfect place/ restaurant for authentic Ethiopian food especially for the Yetash-kitfo/ all in one kitfo. I usually ordered the kitfo and loved since. The food and service worth the price. The staff were friendly all the time I visited the restaurant.it’s Perfect family kids friendly restaurant. If you into a quiet place to dine this is your best spot. I highly recommended it.

Went here with a friend on a weeknight and had Tibs with a side of some wot (I forget which). Taste-wise it’s easily in my top 3 local Ethiopian restaurants. Plenty of tables, laid out spaciously so you’re not bumping into others.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered their veggie combo from UberEats, which includes cabbage shiro, lentil kik alicha (stewed yellow lentils), spicy red lentils, green lentils, collard greens, and a salad. All of these dishes were served on a bed of injera, and the order came with another piece of injera folded up and left on top. Everything was incredibly tasty and, even after traveling about 30 minutes across Virginia, was still the perfect temperature. Ethiopian food definitely holds up well in take-out containers (even though it loses some of the aesthetic). I personally would’ve preferred that the spicy lentils be slightly spicier, but they were still incredibly flavorful and had a very slight kick. The salad seemed to just be lettuce, tomato, red onion, and slices of jalapeno with what tasted like a standard Italian dressing. I wasn’t a huge fan of the large slices of jalapeno, but the salad was still nice and refreshing, and it helped to counterbalance how heavy the rest of the meal felt. The dressing does soak through the injera really quickly, though. The shiro certainly lived up to all the hype, and everything was all-around solid and really tasty. There’s also an incredible amount of food for the price — the combo costs $16 off of UberEats and it can absolutely feed 2-3 people. I also ordered a scrambled egg to eat the next morning; it’s a simple dish with a delicious egg scrambled with tomato, red onion, and jalapeno. It has a slight kick and is a phenomenal way to start the morning. You can either get it with bread or injera; I originally ordered injera, but it seems like they made an accident and gave me bread instead. Either way, I’m glad that I ended up getting to try out their bread; it had a super soft center with a slightly crunchy exterior, and it was absolutely delicious when warmed up. I definitely plan to become a regular here, and I can’t wait to visit in person once COVID ends!

Came here with a girlfriend for some late night eats. The food and service was amazing, I only have feedback on the music.
It’s just far too loud for the space size itself and it’s coming at you from all angles which makes for a very uncomfortable dining experience. Had to hold one ear down because I was afraid to damage my hearing because even for me, who listens to loud music on the regular, it was just too damn loud. I asked if they could lower it and they said no…However the food was amazing and I’ll be back maybe for takeout or before the band gets there. We had the awaze tibs and can’t remember the other one but ask the bartender for the popular tibs dish and she’ll tell you.
