Domini sandwiches get a three OMG rating from me. That first bite and you’ll be saying Oh My God at least three times! The freshest bread – several options. Delicious cheese – take your pick. And thin sliced meats piled so high it’s hard to get your mouth open wide enough to take a bite. But you will find a way. And when you do – Oh My God! Domini Sandwiches are THE BEST!

I was introduced to Domini’s back in 2000 by the office manager in a doctor’s office I worked at. I have always been very picky about roast beef. All other delis including the grocery store have roast beef that taste like beef broth/bouillon and a slimy texture, but not Domini’s, you can taste and feel (on your tongue and lips) the spices. I always get a large roast beef and provolone on French. This sandwich is easily 2 meals and you are stuffed after both. I only have 2 somewhat negative things I can say:

Got there at 2:24. Locked door, lights off, people inside cleaning. If you aren’t going to sell sandwiches until 2:30, change your hours. It’s never taken more than 5 minutes to make me a sandwich, I would have been out of there by 2:29! Boo.

17 bucks and some change for a whole sandwich, easily enough to feed two adults or several kids. Sandwich was pretty good, but (to me) felt somewhat uninspired. Although, their minimalist/purist approach to sandwiches seems to be doing the trick for a lot of folks. I recommend them alone on the friendliness of the staff and tasty popcorn.

This may look like just any other turkey with cream cheese sandwich on sourdough, but it’s so much tastier than your normal sandwich! The turkey tasted so fresh and delicious, and the sourdough bread was thick and perfect. When I walked into the building, I could instantly smell the freshly popped popcorn. They even include popcorn with your sandwich! I ordered the Tiny size, I’m so glad because I was stuffed after. It is about 5oz of meat. The Small is about 10oz of meat. I will most definitely be back!!
