We had a really enjoyable meal at Dolomiti. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, with a relaxed neighbourhood feel that works well for both a casual dinner or date night.
We started with the Bella Donna cocktail, which was well-balanced and refreshing—definitely a solid choice to kick things off. For food, we tried the Margherita, Rustica, and Prosciutto pizzas, along with the beet salad.
The Margherita was simple and well-made, with a good balance of sauce, cheese, and crust. The Rustica had great flavor and heartiness, and the Prosciutto pizza stood out with its salty-sweet combination that worked really well. The beet salad was fresh and nicely put together, adding a lighter option to the meal.
Overall, the food was high quality and clearly made with care. Service was friendly and attentive, though there was a bit of a wait at times, which is why I’m giving it four stars instead of five. Still, it’s a great spot and one I’d happily return to.

Delicious wood fired pizza in cozy well decorated environs makes for the perfect lunch with friends. Wine and cocktails also available for evenings. Parking is challenging so go early and prepare for a stroll. Pizza options are top notch and sourdough crust melts in the mouth.

• So delicious — quality ingredients and great flavors
• Romantically lit, darker, cozy vibe
• Menu had lots of great options to choose from
• Ordered the Rustica pizza — loved the broccoli on pizza (huge fan, and this was done right)
• Waited about 30 minutes for the pizza, but it was clearly made fresh and worth it

This place is putting out some of the best sourdough pizzas I’ve had. My friend and I enjoyed it so much we went back for lunch on our way to the airport two days later. Super cool staff, had a great chat with the folks running that killer oven.

Absolutely go. The pizza was perfection and the salads were delightful too. Plus the spritz on the cocktail menu may have been my favorite yet!

Great restaurant. Great service. Great atmosphere. The neighborhood to park in is a little bit suspect. My only complaint is I asked for no basil or no pesto on my pizza and I got it. I was not happy about that, but let me tell you that their white bean hummus was delicious.

Really delicious and freshly made pizza. Unique flavor, but not heavy at all. My daughter and I easily finished a pizza. We had the Prosciutto with cauliflower crust. The Caesar salad was also quite wonderful. Really cool little spot!

I travel, a lot. THIS is now my favorite authentic, fresh-flavored pizza stop in all of the US. We ate so much! Yet, did not feel heavy or weighed down. The ingredients were so fresh and light!

Up and coming area North of Old Market. I stopped by here around 11am on a Sunday to grab a pizza to go and check it out. Looks like a very nice restaurant, on the fancy end yet casual. Ordered my usual, Pepperoni & Ham (prosciutto) w extra sauce. It was quiet but I can’t say how it is on busier days/times. Service was great, pizza was good, all good. The area is under construction fyi. The menu is pizza focused of the Neapolitan style. Worth a try if in the area.

The pizza is thin and the dough is nice. Would be nicer if there’s more filling instead of more dough in a pan. Price is pretty steep for a pizza at $19 for the one I’ve ordered. Also ordered grill Brussels sprouts. Not bad but again, kinda pricey.
Place gets busy pretty fast and can get abit noisy. But environment is nice if one prefers a lively crowd.
