Dock’s is a very good restaurant. I enjoy their food and their drinks. The chicken is good and fish sandwiches are good. The problem I have with this place is the size of the restaurant and the sandwiches are small. The owner needs his or her restaurant to be bigger and the sandwiches need to be longer. Eat your fries as soon as you get them because these fries get cold quick.

I remember the original Docks based on the premise of fresh hot healthy fish and shrimp
This location is HORRIBLE!! I’ve eaten at other locations but this one on 87th please don’t waste your money. The fish is decent at best, but the shrimp is now out of a box frozen over breaded.
The service is worse! I had to return to the location because my sandwich and fries were cold and for the prices they’re charging it’s not worth it. There are better places to get fresh hot food.

I haven’t been to Dock’s in years! I wanted to taste a bit of nostalgia, and unfortunately I didn’t with the Junior Fishwish Sandwich. It was just okay, it had more lettuce than flavor! The wings were just ok as well, pretty pricey for 4 (10.95). The customer service was descent! The cashier was nice and the order came quick. Maybe I’ll try the location on 35th before I give up on looking for that Fishwish Jr. Sandwich taste from the 90’s

The cashier had more attitude than a little bit little did she know I was probably a little older than her, and yet she spoke to me as if I was her child I would not ever want to eat at this Docks again nor would I recommend the Docks I didn’t really care for her attitude and normally I give people a pass because I figure we’re all human and having a bad day but when I watched her interactions with the other customers, it left me feeling very perplexed maybe the question of asking if the people that owned this Docks bought it from another person that I personally knew rubbed her the wrong way.The food was not the original flavor of Docks the wish sandwich was not tasty at all not even close to mimicking the taste. I grew up down the street from the original Docks so as original customers of the original Docks, this Docks does not measure up. Even the dock berry shake was a little too extra sweet so I was definitely disappointed and I definitely would not return to the Docks nor would I recommend it.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!! The cashier has a nasty attitude, throwing money and receipts at customers, smirking when people ask for a bag. Dock’s you really need to hire better cashiers. I’m visiting from out of town and I was really surprised with the service I witnessed.

Ordered 75 wings, perch and fries for a retirement lunch for a coworker. Food was good! Wings were seasoned well and fish was on point! I think this a new owner. Definitely will go again.

I remember Docks fishwish used to have 3 pieces of fish on the sandwich. Today we purchased 4. Only one piece of fish on each. Not a good buy for the money. What a shame, they used to be the best. So disappointed!!!

Havn’t had Docks in a long time. Decided to go since I was in the area. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. BUT the food was terrible. Got a fishwich, which the cook messed up my order so I had to go back. After getting order corrected, finally sat down to eat. It was the nastiest food I’ve had in a while. The fish was not fried crunchy. The sandwich was messy an falling apart because it was saturated in tarter sauce. Never again will I make the mistake and go to this location. Total waste of money. The location on 35th tastes so much better!
