We spent $70 on one burger and 2 burger meals ( that included a side and a drink) I asked for a glass fir water and they wouldn’t give me one .. said I had to buy a beverage – that they didn’t have water glasses… seriously? There was a tab for water on the self serve drink machine …, I’ve never been turned down for a glass for water before ….Next time I want a burger I’ll be going to true food and get there’s ….you can drink all the water you want and you sit down in a nice cozy atmosphere !!!’

Used to be one of my favorite places to eat before they closed their previous location in the food court and reopened in this new location. Waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries. Both burgers burned to a crisp. Missing + incorrect ingredients added on one burger. Fries were decent, but not good enough to go back.

Burger was good. Service was terrible. They got my order wrong. Took 30 min just for 2 meals. They weren’t busy. The Lady taking orders wasn’t efficient. I told them it was to go and they put my food in trays. I was supposed to have angry fries and was given plain. Just lack of effort in my food. Sauce on the bottom only. 1 piece of onion.no condiments offered. I Won’t be coming back here.

I used to love dmk burger. I have no idea what’s going on at the Oak Brook location. By far terrible in every aspect. Food quality is garbage, thick over cooked patties, balled up bacon, raw fries. Waited almost a half hour for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. Fries weren’t even dressed properly(lazy workers)

Not a restaurant but a food court that would have cost $75 to eat on paper plates. But they were out of eggs for the burger… no big deal. Out of milk for shakes? Come on. Out of two beer choices. First register wouldn’t even work. We said forget it and we don’t want to place an order anymore. However they had already ran out card. They said it will take 2-3 weeks for a refund?! Seriously?
