We had a group order for the office, and usually order from the Covington location without issue. Today we ordered from the Newport location, and had a less than satisfactory experience to say the least. One of us ordered a greek salad, as usual, and what we received is pictured below. Barely any lettuce, which is the main ingredient of a salad, and the toppings were kind of just plopped in the center. The amount of gyro meat was decent, though. When we called about it, the staff informed us we could just hang on to the salad and bring it in when we got a chance. The manager also questioned the validity of the complaint, because the salads are “pre-made”. If we hadn’t ordered the salad from a different location before several times perhaps we wouldn’t have noticed the difference, but we assume lettuce is a given. The manager was condescending and rude. BE WARNED: CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. Unless you have time to take it back.

Definately didn’t expect this. From the west coast here… ordered chili 3 ways. Do not like chili here in the southwest. Omg… so different than icky southwest chili. The flavors were perfectly married together. The meat was chopped so finely. The front staff was excellent. Answered all of our questions (we had a lot) made the whole meal fun. Super clean. Thanks guys! You were a bright spot in a particularly cold week!
