I’ve been to this restaurant 4 times, and I always leave feeling well-fed with without a painful dent in my wallet. This time, the ramen I chose (Tokyo) was less flavorful than I recall enjoying in the past (which is why it only scored 4/5 ✨ from me this time).
Our server was great and appropriately attentive to allergies in our party, and also warmed us about a longer wait time than normal. One thing that was an unnecessary wait (in my humble opinion) was for the green tea and hot water we ordered. Other interactions with staff were likewise positive and friendly.
This would make a great option for a date or a group of friends. We went on a busy Saturday and had a wait time of about an hour, which was fine (the party was hanging out at PINS). Do note that the whole party needs to be present before being seated.
We mostly ordered ramen, shared sushi (the spicy California roll was really good) and the appetizer duck fat fried chicken (so good!) and edamame.

Wow wow wow! This food was incredible. There were only two of us so we only ordered a couple of things, but there were a lot more on the menu that we wanted to order. The vegetarian options were wonderful. I got the red curry and it was just spicy enough 🙂 and my wife got the vegetarian stirfry with the rice cakes. This was wonderful as well and a little bit on the sweet side.

Enjoyed lunch at the Slurping Turtle while staying at a hotel near by. The restaurant wasn’t super busy because it was a snowy day. Staff was VERY attentive and quick. All dishes were correct and delicious. My curry was a bit spicy, but still really good. Would come back here again, no question.

Delicious, from the Baos, to the rice, to the Ramen, all very good, highly recommend.
Bao are great, pork belly the best but tempura mushroom close second best.
Noodles are fresh and made in house, they pair perfectly with the flavorful Ramen.
Fried rice was delicious, not too much, perfectly seasoned, the roasted chicken was good, on the dry side but tasty.
Booth tables could be limited but plenty of high tables available. Service was friendly and attentive.
Happy slurping,
Buon Appetito, Piatto Pulito

Good place busy atmosphere. I’ve had better ramen and this place is a tad pricey but the location is awesome. Eastland Mall indoor/outdoor is a great place to stroll around. This would be a good first date or quick but filling healthy food spot before a movie or something.

Great spot! High-quality food and the noodles were really tasty. Service was super quick. It doesn’t have a traditional Thai feel, but it’s definitely worth a visit. Just a small pity they were out of draft beer when I went. Still highly recommended!!

The food was fantastic. I had the duck fat chicken stir fry, absolutely awesome. Can’t remember which roll we got, but it was just as good and the presentation was cool. Wasn’t too too busy on a Friday. The drinks were very potent as well.

We waited for almost 40min to get two bowls of ramen, and it wasnt even the dinner time yet. Who knows how long it will takes in other time. If it took this long, at least let us know ahead of the time. We can totally get other food at other location instead for less than 10min. Instead we just sat there and waited for this ramen that takes forever. The food was not bad, but the waiting was really annoying.

It was snowing outside and it was very cold. It was a little warm inside, but there were heaters around that weren’t turned on. I really wish they had turned on the heaters. I got an appetizer – the scallops and they Ramen with the duck fried chicken, it was extremely heavy on my stomach. I could not finish it while it was flavorful. It was entirely too heavy with grease for my taste. I ended up getting sick later on that afternoon and that was the only thing I had eaten that afternoon if that’s your jam – be my guest.

Good food. Great customer service. Got the Vegan Red Curry ramen. I’ve never had chips in my ramen before. But it was all good regardless.
