Me and the family finally made it to this bakery! We stocked up and we have all been enjoying this amazing food!! All of my kids love the sandwich bread. The cinnamon rolls were insanely good. What a wonderful spot! Service was top notch and the bagels were incredible. I personally feel like you can always tell the difference between gluten free and regular but here they were just as fluffy, perfectly dense and cooked to perfection! Would recommend for a quick bite or a morning coffee hang out.

THE PIZZAAAAAA! Tastes like gluten, chews like gluten, but it ain’t gluten! Thin, sturdy, crusty, not soggy or limp. On top of the incredible crust, it has great sauce and cheese-to-sauce ratio. DONT STOP MAKING PIZZA <3

First time in today after following on FB for a while. Went in to get some frozen treats from another GF baker and finally try Dishon’s bread. And OMG the bread is amazingly amazing. I have been searching for a GF bread that reminds me of white bread, yanno the thing I loved to eat but now can’t because I’d get sick. Finally found it!! Got myself a loaf of “white” bread. And then got a loaf of blueberry, which was just as good! Loved that it just wasnt a blueberry flavor, but had blueberries in it. Definitely will be back for more bread and to try other things!

Charming, local, and deserves your money! I stopped in just for a pastry but was immediately enticed by the cozy environment and lovely staff to eat my treats in the cafe. They have 3-4 barstools by the window. I also decided to order an off-menu latte that they were more than happy to experiment with. They know how to do gluten-free correctly. They have lovely art for sale on display. The shop owner and his staff were so lovely. I’ll definitely go back! I drew an ode to the tomato tart I ordered, and was shocked to learn that it’s their least popular menu item (I hope this has changed by the time I go back!)

Easily some of the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had and that may not even be the best thing you can get there. Their bagels are absolutely amazing as well. started in 1986! While visiting fa.ily in Manchester…I was THRILLED to find Dishon!!! I bought a GREAT loaf of “Brown Bread” OMGOSH! Soft airy inside with a WONDERFUL crunch on the crust!

Dishon Bakery. wow. I forgot what bread actually tasted like, the flavor bread is supposed to give, until I tried the bread Dishon has to offer. Sure, there are some good and/or decent GF/DF bread you can buy in stores, full of preservatives and in some cases other added ingredients, but it just isn’t the same as fresh baked bread. If you enjoy bread and have never made the effort to visit Dishon, put it on your list, you won’t regret it. I could not believe my taste buds the first time I entered and was offered some free samples, I was hooked immediately. The bread, sandwich bread, bagels, and they do pizza! The bagels are also the best I have ever had, bar none. Nothing else compares I am not exaggerating. I can’t go back to store bought, and I won’t! Dishon has made me a regular customer for sure. Make room in your freezer and stock up! Try the baguettes. They also conveniently offer many other GF/DF items made by other local bakeries. Quick tip though, I recommend you arrive early before they open!
