We’ve tried quite a few all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants over the years, and we’re usually pretty cautious because it can be hit or miss. That said, Sushi Kaizen has easily become our favorite.
What truly sets them apart is the freshness of the fish. The salmon and tuna were incredibly fresh—clean, buttery, and exactly what you’d expect from a high-quality sit-down sushi restaurant, not an all-you-can-eat spot. Every roll and piece of nigiri tasted fresh and well-prepared, which really impressed us.
The service was also great, and everything came out quickly while still tasting freshly made. We did try the hibachi—it was okay, not bad, but nothing particularly memorable. It’s probably not something we’d order again, especially with how strong their sushi selection is.
If you’re looking for all-you-can-eat sushi without sacrificing freshness and quality, Sushi Kaizen is definitely worth it.

Sushi Kaizen AYCE is hands down one of the best AYCE sushi spots I’ve tried! The quality seriously surprised me, the salmon was thick, buttery, and incredibly fresh, and the tuna and yellowtail were just as impressive. Even the scallops and squid were clean and delicate in flavor.
I also loved the presentation. The wooden trays and box setup with the dry ice made everything feel elevated and fun. The eel and sweet shrimp were perfectly prepared, and every cut of fish looked vibrant and premium.
For AYCE, the quality to price ratio is amazing. Fresh fish, beautiful presentation, and great variety. I’ll 100% be back next time!

so happy this opened!!! everything was amazing, from the moment we walked in! the interior is beautiful. we were a table of 6 on a sunday afternoon & we were seated with no wait. we had omar as our server; he was very nice & attentive! we ordered a lot of different rolls & appetizers & just shared everything! our rolls came out in 10 minutes, which is much quicker than a lot of other sushi restaurants. i also ordered the lycheetini & the blue lagoon, both were good but i would definitely recommend the lycheetini! our favorite roll was the kaizen roll (we ordered 4 orders ). overall, no complaints AT ALL!!! will definitely be coming back!! thank you for such a great experience, sushi kaizen!!! 100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is the newest All You Can Eat Sushi spot to open in Kissimmee and it’s already setting the standard. Everything came out super fast, yet the presentation was immaculate across the board. The appetizers were plated beautifully, and the sashimi presentation was especially impressive. Fresh cuts, vibrant colors, and clearly high-quality fish.
Everything is made fresh to order, so the quality really stands out for an AYCE spot. Service was on point too, our server checked on us consistently without being overbearing. For the price, this place is honestly unbeatable. If you’re a sushi lover, Sushi Kaizen is a must-try.

Sushi Kaizen AYCE in Kissimmee is awesome. Super fresh fish, great variety, and everything comes out fast. The rolls are well made, not skimpy, and the appetizers are just as good. Staff is friendly and keeps things moving. Definitely one of the best all-you-can-eat sushi spots around — worth coming back again and again.

Wow! Great food, great experience, great service! We arrived as soon as they opened, our Friday lunch date and let me tell you it did not disappoint! All you can eat lunch menu was great and affordable! We tried five different sushi rolls, their chicken and steak hibachi, krab rangoons, man all of it was great. They’re fruit teas too, mango and passion fruit. But the service, our waitress MIA was fantastic! She made sure we were well taken care of, didn’t hover over us but made sure to put it in our next order ASAP so we weren’t waiting long between our orders. Although the place is new, the ambience was perfect, clean and cozy. We will certainly be going again and hoping Mia would be our server! We loved chatting with her, she wasn’t afraid of connecting! To begin, the sushi here is the best sushi in Florida. The food here is excellent . They have a wide selection of drinks and the service is also amazing. There are also many decorations.

This newly opened Japanese all-you-can-eat restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. The ingredients are genuinely fresh and high quality, not the typical watered-down buffet standard. Sashimi is thick-cut and clean, sushi rice is well balanced and lightly seasoned, letting the fish shine. Hot dishes are consistently good, with fried items crisp but not greasy and grilled dishes cooked properly. Refills are quick, so there’s no long waiting between rounds. Overall, the dining pace feels comfortable and satisfying. Whether you’re here to seriously enjoy sashimi or just want a generous, indulgent meal, this place delivers excellent value. New AYCE sushi restaurant in Kissimmee. Lovely decor. Perfect for date night or casual family meal. Our server was friendly. Food was fresh and came out fairly quickly. Lots of options including some non-sushi items like hibachi rice, noodles and different proteins. The crispy rice and fried jalapeno appetizers are a must try. The geisha roll was my favorite. And the fried cheesecake was great. Definitely will be back to try more options. Come hungry.
