This place used to have quality over quantity. This place does not take time to make sure the pizza is just decent. Grease everywhere and the cheese didn’t stick to the pizza. They don’t even take the time to cut the pizza. I’ll just have to go to the an academy location from now on.

Ordered a pizza to go and a salad, simple. Pizza had barely any cheese and asked AND paid for extra cheese. Salad was supposed to be a “full” salad. Made very sparingly with little lettuce and a ton of tomatoes. Most were mushy not very juicy! I like my tomatoes with texture and juice. Other Dion’s have better service and fresher ingredients. This location was for convenience, no need to return here.

Always packed on the weekend! For a good reason. Delicious food! You will wait a VERY long time even if you order ahead! They are trying to figure out how to make it better for the drive thru. Parking lot totally packed with waiting cars 45 minutes.

I had a delay in a pick up they lost my pizza and handed it to someone else. I waited about an hour before they finally got it right. As always food was so good, ser ice was good once they figured everything g out. The music was nice and staff very friendly. Will return every week as norm.

Ordered pizza and salads online was told to pick up at 6:05. Arrived at appointed time for pick up. Pizza was not ready until 6:30. Salads were delayed another 15 minutes due to they were out of American cheese for the one chef salad and they didn’t know what kind of cheese to put it. Got home pizza, of course it was cold due to the salad delay and pizza was missing the extra sauce and two other toppings. This is disappointing as Dion’s in the past has always been solid and consistent. However, over the last few months we have had issues with this location and this is what has caused me to leave a review for management to hopefully make some changes.

Upon arrival , I had stood in line to get my order taken . An older gentlemen around his late 40s saw me and didn’t try to ask if I have ordered yet until I had to stay eye to eye contact with him. I have ordered two slices of pizza and a small drink at 11:51Am. He did mention it will be a 10min wait and got my name . The time now was 12:17 and I still haven’t got my name called yet, so I decided to see if it was ready. Brianna Garcia quickly noticed me in line and asked if I needed help and that’s when I let her know I have placed an order about 20 min ago. She then looked around and noticed my pizza was inside the warmer for who knows how long . For the inconvenience , she did give me a refund which I was very satisfied due to the wait . Other than the gentleman , Ms.Garcia was very professional and quick to resolve the solution . She has exceeded the customer service expectation in this type of situation.

Worst Dions Location.
Slow service, poor restaurant layout, too many inexperienced staff, dirty tables everywhere, and poor quality control.
Dions, as a whole, is a pretty good place. THE place for some decently okay pizza to use as a vessel for their best in class ranch dressing.
The prices have gotten a bit outrageous for the food quality, but I still frequent it for a good meatball sub. However this location on Montgomery is just awful. Consistently. Usually I know what I’m walking into with service but this time was especially problematic.
Waited 5 min in line behind one other person, ordered a 10in sub, received a 6 inch, waited 5 min at the front counter for someone to notice me, made eye contact with at least a dozen employees, finally called a lost looking kid behind the counter over and kindly asked if he could get some help over to me to fix my order. No biggie. Again, I know I’m getting teenagers working their first job when I walk in the doors.
Well, I don’t know who he asked, but he brought back an abysmal looking sandwich. Figured it was just bad looking, but it was luke warm at best and noticeably soggy on the bottom and sides. Perhaps they pulled it out of a reject bucket next to the dishwashing area for emergencies like mine.
I’d have gone back up and complained but by the time I waited 5 more minutes in line, another 5 to make contact with someone capable, and another 10 for the sandwich to be made properly, my actual good half would have been cold itself.
One extra star for bringing half my order out in a good looking and tasting state.

I’m from Oklahoma I visiting I stopped here I got my pizza and she said it dosent look up to my standards I’ll make you a new one it was literally a perfect pizza anyway I said no it looks good and she still made me another one and put it in a to go box for me if your traveling stopping here is a must

We ordered a lg 505 pizza and a tossed salad have to say the salad was delicious the pizza was not great really soggy in the center but was ok this was our first time trying dion’s and have to say it was not that great the green chilie ranch was good . The restrooms were dirty and the soap dispenser was not working. It was a little busy but not so busy no one could clean the restrooms the tables were okay it could of been wiped a little better but not bad over all I would say it’s worth a try and we would probably eat it again. As far as wheelchair accessible it seemed like it would be a tight fit but would be able to find suitable seating.
