The food was pretty gross and microwaved, even the boneless wings were “rubbery”. Ordered the pretzel sticks and they were scorching hot, so was the plate and the styrofoam container they were in was melted on the inside, which is a clear indicator that it was microwaved. The cheese tasted like styrofoam. The coleslaw was terrible and smelled like a dish rag. The lemons that were in our drinks were black spotted and really dirty looking. The fries were clearly reheated in the microwave and soggy but hot. The double cheese burger was ONE patty sliced in half stacked on top of itself.. it covered half if the bun. Lol Our silverware had dried food on it. Thet managed to get us in quick and our sever was decent but very busy. I thought abour complaining, but I feel this was best left as a review. Managers… please consider taking away the microwave. $140 on a less than mediocre dinner service isn’t going to get you returning customers. This was just an awful experience.

We planned to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday at red lobster this evening but After waiting 2 1/2 hrs with the worst customer service!! We called Applebees and they said they would get our seating ready so that when we arrived we would be ready to be seated and served!! Jake was our waiter and he truly went above and beyond for a party of 12!!! My mother in law was happy and Jake’s service was first class!! Also a big “thank you” to the manager that came to our table with Jake and blessed my mother in law with dessert! Thank you for making my mother in laws night special ❤️

Was chillian at the bar got some endless chicken tenders w fries. larissa the bartender was really friendly n helpful. I was not sure what drink i wanted so she made a special it was very good liked it a lot. Liked her vibe. Thank u. The food was great as well. Loved all the different sauses they had great combination. Nice atmosphere.
