Dillas is hands-down one of the best spots for quesadillas! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Their menu has great variety, and the portions are generous for the price. The staff is friendly and quick, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. Highly recommend if you’re craving something delicious and satisfying!

Before driving to work my 12-hour night shift last night, I stopped by to grab food. I hadn’t been to Dillas for maybe 5 months or so. Going through the drive-thru, I got my order (gorilla Lone Star) literally within 5 min of ordering it. I thought this was a bit strange since it takes me about that long to make my own very minimal quesadillas at home. Once I got to work and opened the box up, it all made sense…
The dillas were dry, hard, and clearly had been sitting out for at least an hour under a hot light. Is this was $25 gets you now?

Quesadilla was good but they severely over seasoned the fries and some of it rubbed off onto the quesadilla making it less ejoyable. Service was good. Place is small and the restroom was not clean

I had Dillas in Shreveport on my radar but hadn’t made it to check it out yet. Since we are always going to Bossier this was a perfect opportunity to try the new Dillas out.
While ordering at the counter the employees were super friendly and helpful. We decided on the Lone Star which has smoked brisket inside and paired it with the corn salad & back beans. Everything was delicious! And the Jalapeño Ranch dipping sauce was excellent.
I will certainly be back and am looking forward to trying the Buffalo Bacon & Hot Hatch quesadillas next. This place exceeded my expectations.

The dillas were decent, but nothing particularly memorable. The queso lacked flavor and was a bit underwhelming. The real standout, though, was the jalapeño ranch dip—full of flavor and easily the highlight of the meal.

great quesadillas! ordered the founder w/ chicken, fries were fresh and hot, and the jalapeño ranch sauce is wonderful! Had to check on my order because it got missed, but it was worth the wait! Price is good, approximately $12 for the meal w/ fries, fresh quality food!

Normally A great place to eat. I’m trying to be positive.. but I’m struggling. Ordered 40 mins till close. So yes I am taking into consideration low on stock.. buuuuuttt. When I spend $52 on food and don’t get what I pay for.. it’s super frustrating.
Ordered a Gorilla Lonestar. Barely any meat, no sauce, was dry dry. With a side of queso that tasted more of water than queso. My son got a Plano with Chicken.. was mainly cheese no chicken whatsoever. We had multi other orders and it was all subpar.
Wasn’t worth $52…

Good food, mediocre service & RIDICULOUS PRICING FOR WHAT YOU GET. Ordered a double that was pretty much empty inside. Ticket was $35 for a Taco Bell quality. Why pay more when you can get that. Saw a few ppl on social media referencing the price increase and I’ll add myself to the number of complaints. Hopefully this warrants change before we lose a business that could thrive if some adjustments were made. You made $35 in one visit but lost because people like me won’t be back.
