Order dt398 most of the food tastes like it’s been sitting in a bin. We love Arby’s but all of our food was cold. I spent 53$ at Arby’s! It doesn’t even look appetizing. But I’m hungry so I ate some, it’s just terrible. Its to expensive to not be fresh I will wait longer if I know it will be fresh. Food should also be served at 165 not 123. I’m not asking for perfect but at least editable

I finally did it. I had to go by and try the new Wagyu Burger. Had to do it in true style and get this as a double. The burger by itself was only 6.99 and 4.00 tacked on with the extra patty. The burger was very good and flavorful. There was a good char on the outside. The burger sauce was great as well. All the fkavors worked well together. I have never had real Wagyu before, but thank you Arby’s for trying to incorporate something like that at the fast food level when no one else is. The restaurant is very clean. The staff were very helpful and kind. At first, they were not sure if they could add the extra patty but figured it out.

Today I tried the Big Cheesy Bacon. Yes it had plenty of bacon, cheese, salad but the burger was lacking of flavor. Tasted weird and the meat looked like if the patties was boiled or cooked in microwave. The rest of their food and sandwiches are great. Specially the Fish sandwiches.

4Aug.2023 First time here since it was built. Glad to be honored with a military discount. The food was good. It’s just this Wagyu burger was cooked a bit to done. It was still edible though.

Their handwritten no smoking in drive thru gave me quite a chuckle. Maybe worry about getting the food out in a timely manner and looking edible…. then you can tell me how to pass the 6 minutes I’ve been waiting for my food.

Something’s up with this store all of a sudden. i ordered on the app like normal, and when I got to the restaurant there was a very long line. Waited 20 minutes just to get to the speaker, then another 15 before anyone answered the speaker. Gave my name and told them it was an online order like normal, but when I get to the window they had no idea what I ordered. Was told to pull forward and wait for my food to come out, and after another 25 minutes someone came out with the entirely wrong order. I was out of time and needed to get back to work so I just left, but when I later called the store for a refund the manager outright refused. This used to be a good Arby’s but they hired a new manager that has no idea what they’re doing, highly suggest going to any other location

I have to say that I’d like to give a shout out to a Bridget she did amazing she had everyone asking her what to do there was a lot of new people in there and I’m a regular and the front line girl was messing up my order mind you she was in drive-thru bridgetit was but she came over and fixed everything for us she did amazing and you need more people like her. She deserves a raise I see her working her butt off all the time she cleans the lobby she does everything.
