Ordered the chili cheese dog with kielbasa. It came with a side of chili and a side of fried okra. The okra was actually the only reason I ordered from Dickies. Sent me tater tots as a substitute. The chili didn’t even taste like chili. The dog was fair at best. Worst food I have had in recent memory. 95% of it went in the trash. Sad.

My husband went in, he was offered a combo meal. Got the pulled pork with polish sausage. He was handed a large cup for a soda, went to fill it and none of the dispensaries actually h had the assigned drink. It was just carbonated water…guy behind the counter said oh yeah it’s not working we have ice tea…
When food arrived it was cold, all meat, two slabs of cheese just set on top. No pride in the food. The fries were the only decent thing served hot and fresh.
Will not be going back!

Ordered them on doordash yesterday. They have forgot to include items, the presentation as you see, super messy (makes you think of what is going on in the kitchen) and worst of all, food is genuinely not tasty. We ordered a 3 meat platter with an extra rib (which was not included or refunded) with brisket and sausage and different sides. Sides were ok but BBQ was possibly the worst I have ever had. Ribs were overcooked, old ind dry. They ended up in the garbage. Brisket had a weird aftertaste – also in garbage. Sausage was ok. I am not a pig to eat stuff that is served in dirty containers and looks like it was just pulled out of garbage.

Chick fil A was closed so I bought take out at Dickies. Ordered the Texas brisket sandwich combo worst brisket sandwich I’ve ever had. Fed all the fat pieces to my dog. Cole slaw side was small. Only thing worth the $17.00 was the size of the drink. Dot think I’ll ever go back.

Went in for dinner a couple days ago and the service was very friendly. That’s where the experience peaked and was downhill from there. The brisket was just mediocre at best, the links were worse and the ribs were hard to eat. When I asked for an additional side of bbq sauce to kill the taste, she tried to charge me $4.75 for a thimble size cup. Needless to say, I won’t be back or recommending them to anyone.

This place is in violation of many health code regulations. And the service is just awful. I reached out to management and they blocked me. Spent $100, waited 2hrs didn’t get half what I ordered all while I watched them scratch their nose, not change their gloves, and had chicken sitting on top of a trash can. All I wanted was my $100 back and an apology. Instead the manager blocked me? All good.. I have pictures and videos of what I witnessed and will be posting them everywhere I can. They’ll lose more than I did in the end.

Ordered via Ubereats. Ordered the “local favorite” turkey. I was looking forward to some good turkey, but what we got was nothing more than a deli turkey that’s been recooked. It was squishy and had no grain. Easy to tell its not actual turkey breast. Super disappointing. The sides that come with the 2/3 meat meals are tiny. Although the side of okra was large. Mac and cheese was also disappointing, the sauce is pretty recognizable as the canned cheese. The bread is served as a plain dry brick. Really not happy with the quality of the items for what it costs. I’ve tried to give them a chance since I love BBQ but I just end up disappointed every time.

went in awhile ago, never been in before but was wickedly craving a baked potato and they were the closest place.
i come in, no one speaks to me and my partner for a long while. no, “sorry, one moment”, no “we’ll be right with you” just silence while they were scrambling around the kitchen. eventually a man comes and asks what we want to order, i believe it was one of their baked potatoes and a buffalo chicken sandwich. we go to pay and the woman helping us is saying nothing to us and is struggling with the register for what felt like 10 minutes. eventually the guy who took our order tells us that the only baked potato they had was a day old! why didn’t he tell us that before he took our order?!
we are disgusted. from what we can see from the register their prep area is disgusting. not to mention the complete lack of hairnets and the sweat dripping from their faces. also the lady wasn’t wearing a bra and was wearing a super see through shirt! her nipples were quite literally staring at me in the eyes.
we ended up cancelling our order and leaving before they even figured out the register. thank goodness chik fil a is just next door.
