Food was not too bad but super cold. We had to ask the workers to literally reheat the food 4 times it was soo cold but policy is no refunds or exchanges so we had no choice but to eat it. Also the lays chips were expired! Took a couple bites and noticed the chips didn’t taste right. Personally, I feel if you’re serving food please wear a hair net cause I was nervous for one of the workers long hairs to fall in my food. Other than the cold food it was still kinda good I’d go back if it was at least warm enough to eat. Plus there was a roach in the restroom. First time eating there it was empty and looks nice but the 2 workers kinda looked high. Also the men’s room was out of order and the workers kept leaving their soda cup under the soda fountain.

Since Dickys closed all of their restaurants in the town I live in, I was looking forward to finally getting some good bbq after my hour long drive to this location. Upon entering this restaurant, I was hit with a very hot blast of what seemed uncirculated hot air.. It was around 6:30 in the evening and it was a hot 100° that day…I proceeded to the counter with my two plate order… They were out of Turkey, also out of brisket, and no mac n cheese either..there were only a few sides available to choose from. It was so hot in there I had to step outside while I waited for my order. I wanted to help myself to their “free” with meal purchase soft serve ice cream cone while I waited at least, but there were no cones there. The bin was empty. Very disappointed with my whole experience there. My dinner plate meat was at least 50% fat and grissle. I won’t be coming back to this dickeys location.

Omg worst sandwiches ever! Dry as heck! My husband and I ordered 2 sandwhich 1 brisket sandwhich, 1 pulled pork sandwhich. NO BARBECUE SAUCE. No pickles ! Dry! Never again! And then the guy showed no interest in him making the food. Just bad! They need to hire better people who know what they are doing.

I been about 3 times in the last few weeks. The 1st time was great. 2nd time was okay, this 3rd time was horrible. I went in. The lady behind the counter was helping another customer. She was nice to him and explained where condiments were and proceeded to hand it over the glass instead of walking it to the end. He didn’t pay (unless it was online…but that’s not my business) Anyway…I asked for a 2 meat plate. Now the last 3 times I’ve asked for spinach. I was informed they were out. This time….she told me they don’t make it anymore. So why is it on the menu…needs an update.

The girl that was working by herself when I went in there totally rude and unprofessional. She had no clue what the difference between tri-tip and beef was. She was trying to tell me that tri-tip was not beef or pork it was it’s own kind of meat. She was just weird and didn’t know what she was talking about. Will avoid that location from now on….

I have been ordering from this Dickey’s since they opened always ordering loaded baked potato and forever they are out of baked potatoes. So I started ordering Fakers instead of Bakers. And all of a sudden they can’t fill my order. They would rather lose an order and customer then to give me what I’ve been ordering forever.
