Had an amazing experience here! Food was good but Randal the man who ran the whole show ALONE took orders, made all the food to perfection, remembered our drink and kept us topped up and to top it off he had an INCREDIBLY positive attitude. Ok im a lover of Dickeys but some locations are hit or miss. From my experience just ask how many hours it came from smoker helps me . This location I stopped by while on a job was the right idea the brisket melts in your mouth the ribs fall off the bone and the jalapeno sausage was so juicy I messed up my shirt the oakra was perfect as well 3 choices of sauce from sweet to hott I definitely recommend stopping by if your in the neighborhood. The employees are super friendly and welcoming.

Walking into the restaurant, it smells amazing and makes your mouth water. Lady behind the counter was helping another customer and looked up to greet me and let me know it would be a minute.
I was in the mood for a loaded baked potato…it was huge (bigger than my hand). It didn’t disappoint.
I will be back to try the meats next time.
Parking was easy to get in and out.

First of all, the food was very tasty, with great flavors.
I read the reviews before going, and some people commented on the bad customer service.
Well, they were all correct. We arrived at an empty establishment and were NOT acknowledged at all by any of the 2 employees. I said hello, and the younger lady replied with a hello, that was her interaction, nothing else. We looked at the menu, which is located above the counter, and when we were ready to order, (which by the way they never asked if we had any questions) we asked where do we order? The younger lady with bad attitude and a rolled of her eyes replied, “Here”. (We asked because it wasn’t clear and it was our first time there). We got our food and sat down to eat. Another family came in, and we observed the same lack of customer service. NOT a hello, welcome, nothing. You get better service at a food court or fast food place than here. This is more than likely why the place was empty. The food was great. Customer service NON EXISTENT! The funny thing is that they have a sign that says, “Please give us 5 ⭐️’s on Google”.

Had never been to dickeys, but was referred by a friend. My fiance and i came to this location after the 7th st & Greenway location told us they were too busy to help us (there were multiple people working). We came here and Harry greeted us so warmly to let us know he’d be right with us, took everyone’s order, made all the food (because he’s by himself) and still insisted on waiting on us because we chose to dine-in. Incredible customer service, Incredible food! Thank you Harry!
