Food was typical sonic food. Went about 12 to 1pm. The lady working drive thru was on top of things. I think she was a little annoyed we needed 2 separate orders, but it is what it is.
The food was quick and warm….. Nothing bad I can really say. It was a decent experience, but the speed they got us our food is what made it good. They seem to be “on the ball” there.

I recently ordered through the app at Sonic Drive-In to take advantage of their weekly special on chili cheese coneys. I placed my order ahead of time, pulled in, and checked in through the app.
There were no other customers at the restaurant, and I could see about five employees inside walking back and forth, but it still took over 10 minutes to receive just two hot dogs. That was a little surprising considering how quiet it was.
On a positive note, the employee who brought out my order was very friendly and polite, which I definitely appreciated.
One word of caution: if you’re visiting after dark, be careful. The parking lot is not well lit, and there are large medians at the entrances that can be hard to see at night.
Overall, not a terrible experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in speed of service.

Me and my mother had a terrible experience here. When we pulled in to order we were told that they were behind and it would be a bit of a wait before they could take our order. We didn’t mind and waited about ten minutes before pushing the button again. At this point we were told by who I found out later was the manager that they were only taking online orders so she wouldn’t be taking our order at the stall. Weird, but okay. We used the app, placed the order and checked in. Ten minutes later, still shows they haven’t even started the order. We push the button again and tell them we have an online order and it’s past time it should be ready. They ask for the name and tell us to come around to the drive through where we joined two other equally frustrated people. We sat in line for 20 minutes before I finally went in and tried to get their attention in the kitchen. They ignored me. After waiting another five minutes I finally walked into the kitchen and asked them to either provide the order or to cancel it. The manager was super rude and said she was working on the order. She told me she needed five more minutes and that she’d have the other girl bring it out to us. The other girl who apparently was the only other worker there did eventually bring it out and was super apologetic. I felt so bad for her. She didn’t deserve the crap she was going through or how the manager talked to her. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The only saving grace was the food and shake was really good. I just hope the manager didn’t do anything nasty to it. Overall, we were there for an hour… at a FAST FOOD restaurant. Ridiculous and super frustrating.

Good food and service. Not great. Tried the new Double Sonic Smasher with extra pickles and Dill Pickle Fries. Both were good but not great. I was hoping for more dill flavor on the fries. The burger was good, just needs more pickles.

Just close this one down already the night time service is a complete joke. They don’t have a drive thru window they have to come outside so they make you wait on three or four cars to arrive then cook and bag all of the orders before coming outside making people wait for an hour including deliveries. Trying to carry 5 orders and drop one or bring out one at a time if you have to? You don’t have to be the smartest to do this job but a little goes a long way. Work more efficiently or unassign from the platform as a merchant.

We received 2 blasts with the mix ins only on the top instead of blended all the way through. There wasn’t even any pieces at the bottom, just ice cream with a little on top. They tried to argue us down about whether or not Sonic Blasts have the toppings blended through ♀️The wait time is always so long with so little business too.

First time eating at a Sonic . Pretty cool experience . So it’s mostly dining outside the restaurant . Either in your car or they bring it to your table outside . Cool how you order it from a speaker outside . They were a bit understaffed and the staff bringing out the food and taking orders were working hard and very courteous. The lady raised her voice a few times but it was just how she speaks . Loud . Overall good experience . Went there the day before during operating hours and the store was closed with no one in sight . Thought they could of put up a sign

I put in a order (9:45)for a large onion ring a Coke with blood orange and a Dr pepper with sweet cream and lime . I pulled in and checked in at 9:58 I didn’t receive my order till 10:15
And than I got 6 onion rings the coke was perfect and a Dr pepper that taste like they poured the whole line bottle In the cup and filled it the rest of the way with Dr pepper absolutely disgusting!!!!

My five year old ordered the chicken tenders and complained on the way home that they were too chewy. This is what we were served (see photos of completely raw chicken). 72 hours later and he’s vomiting. SMH. Completely unacceptable. Never again.
