Tried to order online. Paid for it and now they are saying the kitchen is closed even though it says the kitchen is open until at least 10pm. Can’t even get my money back. Food looks good online but no help from the people who are answering the phone. Maybe will try again if they hook me up but that’s it. Just thought I’d have a regular place to go to when I’m smoking my cigars at Havana

This place was nothing like most of the reviews I read. First off we went because it was a BBQ place. Wrong, the menu is rather limited. Not that is necessarily a bad thing if what you serve is done well. This is not this place. The mushroom Swiss burger I got was served short on ‘shrooms and a bun bottom ripped in two. The wee carrots ,literally thrown on the plate to add presentation where buried under the french fries and looked like they where left overs that had been laying around for hours. To say the “cook” has no idea what she is doing or why is an understatement. I could go on but why bother. Basically this establishment is striving to be just a watering hole for the height of local regulars mediocrity.

Okay wow!!! Love this bar in west allis, great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was wonderful. But the best part…. the bloody options! They give you a menu and a crayon and you select your Bloody Mary options ranging from vodka, mix, spice level, and phenomenal topping options! Mine came with a brat, cheese and a DELICIOUS soft pretzel. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Food was classic bar food with a custom Bloody Mary selection. It was a fun stop. Vegetarian options in apps, wraps and a veggie burger for any of their burgers. Fries and slaw with every sandwich!

We were looking for a place with some good burgers and we sure found that here! But not only were the burgers delicious so was everything else! We tried out one of their many bloody’s and it was amazing! I love how you can pick and choose what you want in your bloody! The service was outstanding as well! We loved the atmosphere! It had a great welcoming feeling. We are from out of town and we were treated like a local! Everyone including the other patrons were very friendly! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

Dickens has great food it’s a wonderful atmosphere they make you feel welcomed as soon as you sit down. Jeff has a great staff, if you like Fish on Fridays, and Burgers and other Sandwiches this is the place to go… He’s got plenty of Tvs to watch any game, pull tab machine, dart board among a few other things.. So give Dickens a Chance if you never been here you won’t be disappointed
