Food was halfway decent, but decor and furniture were ugly and institutional-looking. The former all booth seating was much more comfortable and more pleasant-looking. The employees claim that the new seating is nicer looking, but both my husband and I thought the chairs were uncomfortable and look like they belong in a public school classroom.

Worst sub sandwich I have ever had. Barely have any meat and the sliced meat was so thick. I ordered an Italian sub there was literally 2 slices of meat in it on salami and 1 mortadella. If I hadn’t spent $50 on 2 subs to be delivered I wouldn’t have eaten mine. I would have had a better experience at a chain place even. Very disappointed and shocked how horrible it was

We are often DiCapri customers and tonight we had an oops moment and dropped a pizza that was delivered. 100% our fault. We flipped it and were making it work when there was a knock at the door. Our delivery driver who had seen us drop it was back with a brand new piping hot pizza. This was customer service at its absolute best. So happy to support this business and will be proud (as well as embarrassed) to tell this story so others know how awesome they are!

Sauce is too sweet and there is far too much of it. Very oily cheese that never reaches a high enough temperature to brown properly. Crust is bland, under-proofed and completely uninspiring. It’s not a one-off experience either. I keep going back thinking maybe it’s a bad night, but it disappoints every time. I’ve always said that there’s no such thing as bad pizza, but here we are.

Delicious pizza. Crust is always so fresh. I really love their specialty pizzas. Like the Romano which features eggplant, spinach, and roasted red peppers. Need I say more? As a veggie and cheese lover, I also love Tour of Italy with it’s 3 cheese blend plus mushrooms and spinach.
