If you are a local, make sure to get the local discount card. My favorite dish is the lemon caper chicken. This place is great to go to for either dinner or lunch. Kinda spendy for Silver City but well worth the cost. Classic Silver City restaurant

Friendly folks. I don’t typically like sugar cookies with icing, but this was one of the best sugar cookies I ever had. They were thicker than most sugar cookies in used to, but not quite cake like. They had the perfect balance for just the right amount of chewy. They were also just right level of sweet. You could taste multiple ingredients in them without one seemingly overwhelm the other. I’m definitely going to try to revisit before I return home to Albuquerque.

My wife and I went here for lunch and we got the meal deal, a sandwich with chips, a drink and a cookie. We also bought a cinnamon roll and a macaroon. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, however the macaroon and both cookies were raw in the middle and inedible. Unfortunately we were driving on highway 10 when we decided to try the baked goods. Sorry Diane’s Bakery, but we were really disappointed with the under cooked sweets. If we were still in town, we would have returned and let you know.
