Very good vib. Live music stage in outside garden area. Can seen loud. Small indoor eating/bar area (quieter). Had Philly Cheese Steak (Maria) and the Wagu Beef hotdog. Both came with fries. Best Philly I have had in valley, hands down. Hotdog also very good. Fried were perfect.

Family owned and operated – Don, Maria, and Jordan shine brightest in this downtown Mesa gem. We had the burger, cheesesteak, and house draft margaritas. Everything was yum yummy. We’re hoping the Latin live music nights will be routine on the events calendar.

Wonderful experience every time. Drinks are great, staff is always friendly. Cheesesteaks are fantastic but don’t sleep on the smash burger it’s one of the best around imo. Really cool spot overall.

It was definitely a different atmosphere it was very cool. The drinks were great. Our waiter was awesome I can’t think of his name but he was a big combat looking dude that was super friendly that would be the best way to describe him lol. My number one thing that I have to say about this place is I have never had a Philly cheese steak that tasted so freaking good. It was absolutely the best Philly I’ve ever had and I love Phillies I think we actually did one called the Maria cheese steak either way the cheese spread the meat the bread everything was so good on it. The french fries phenomenal.

I was kind of shocked at how much I enjoyed this spot. The ambiance is weird but I am admittedly a bit pretentious about interiors. Normally I would not have even tried this spot based on how it looks but I was attending an event at the MAC nearby and needed to get in and out fairly quickly. The food was really, really good. And my cocktail was perfect. The bartender was kind and made sure we were able to get in and out quickly. We will be returning.

This bar is the coolest new addition to Downtown Mesa! The hospitality elevates this beautiful property as I always feel welcomed and well taken care of by Jordan, Lillian and the back of house employees. Diamond Dons is one of the most unique underrated establishments in Arizona. Great hospitality, amazing and great tasting food, with a exclusive atmosphere. The head chef (Jordan) not only display of level of excellence with his service to customers, but the hard working bartender creates an amazing atmosphere as well. Highly recommend checking out the vibe and supporting this establishment.

First time trying this place and it is now going to be the new “go to place.” I am looking forward to becoming a regular. I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan, who come to find out is a marine corp veteran, and makes all the delicious food with love and pride. The bar tender Lillian is creative, fun and makes delicious drinks. Come check this place out for a break from reality, good vibes, delicious food, drink and good people.
