The place is really nice, the decoration the music, all nice. We ordered wings and baby back bbq ribs. I like the ones that the meat fall off the bones, but this wasn’t the case. But that is my taste. The food was tasty, but you have to use your hands in order the get the most out of those ribs.

We got to longhorn late afternoon Sunday, like 3:45 . After 15 mins or so we got the text that our table was ready. That part of the wait wasn’t bad at all. Once we got to our table, nobody came to ask us our drink order or bring bread. There were servers going to all the tables around us, everyone else had their drinks& food, except us. We asked 2 or 3 different employees to grab a server for us. We were told our server was in the office but would be out. It had been over 20 minutes since we sat at the table and still no drinks. And it wasn’t busy! Empty tables all around us. Another waitress came and took our drink order and brought us bread. Our server finally came and asked our order after almost 30 mins of us just sitting here. Very disappointed !! We have our 2 year old sitting with us , he shouldn’t have to wait like that for our drinks or bread to be ordered! Then we had to ask for silverware too. Just ashamed! The longhorn where we live 2 hours north of here NEVER has bad service like this even when they’re packed!!

Went to restaurant for Sunday lunch with a party of 9. They would not put 2 tables together to accommodate us (though they were available) because they only allow such accommodations between Monday and Thursday. We took our business right next door to Olive Garden who was happy to sit us together… even on Sunday!
