It took two hours for a medium pizza and a cheeseburger to arrive. To my dismay, all the food was cold when it finally arrived. I called to express my disappointment and was offered a $10 discount on my next order. However, since I’m moving out of the area, the discount won’t be enough to justify ordering from this place again. They eventually agreed to send a replacement order, but when the driver arrived, he called me and said, “Come outside and get your pizza.” I’ve never had a delivery driver talk to me that way in my 35 years of life. To make matters worse, the food tasted terrible. I wasted $40 on this terrible experience. Thankfully, I’ll never have to order from this place again.

Used to live in Racine, so I’m familiar with DeRango’s pizzas from down there. Just ordered a stuffed pizza with sausage, black olives, green peppers, onions. Forced myself to finish the first slice, but afterwards I had to stop. The pizza was just downright disgusting. The onions, peppers, and even the cheese tasted almost sour. Definitely throwing the rest of the pizza out. $40 down the drain.

I can’t rate the atmosphere because I’ve only ever had delivery. Delivery is always when they say that it will be, even in high-demand times, and the food always arrives warm. The seafood delight pizza seems to have reduced seafood on it compared to years passed, but that is almost a universal thing as food costs have gone up. Their appetizers are not bad, the pizza is what I order from them for, because it is delightful. I like the pizza magnets thing, and have cashed in a couple free pizza magnets worth.

We’ve only done delivery/pickup but happy with the thin crust pizza, burgers, and chicken sandwiches. Cole slaw was kind of dry and too much for single order…so won’t get that again. We enjoy the cream cheese poppers too. All in all we give the food 4.75 …we just started ordering and we’re gonna continue

I order from derangos several times, I am always happy with the orders. But this order was terrible, I ordered a 16 pc bucket of beer battered cod, fries, mash potatoes. It was almost a $70 order, it came late for one, the fish were soggy to the point of couldn’t eat them, the fries were cold, the bread was mushed. It was like it was thrown into a bag and sent. I will not order fish again. I am extremely disappointed.

I love DeRango’s Pizza. They have a fantastic menu, lots of variety, and the portion sizes are great. You can get fish or chicken or Mexican or burgers or subs. There is something that every member of the family would love. You will love their pastas and they have a nice variety of desserts also. Staff is friendly, service is quick. But most of all the food is absolutely delicious.

We ordered here for Father’s Day. Overall, the food was pretty good, but we were disappointed with the subs. Each of the three-footlong subs we purchased had very little lettuce – less than a quarter cup on each. We had to add our own chopped lettuce to make them satisfactory. Additionally, we requested a side of mayo since there’s never enough on the subs, and were surprised to be charged $1.50 for a 1oz cup. Mayo is a basic condiment, similar to ketchup or mustard, and it would have been appreciated if we were informed of the charge beforehand. It’s a simple courtesy to communicate such costs to customers.
