Our experience at LongHorn Steakhouse was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we sat down, our server Bret delivered astonishing customer service. He was attentive without being overbearing, checked in on us consistently, and genuinely made sure we were fully satisfied with our meals. You can tell he truly cares about his guests, and that made a huge difference.

The food was beyond our expectations—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and absolutely worth every bite. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it.

On top of that, the manager also came by to check in with us, which really showed how much the team values their customers and overall dining experience.

We’re originally from New York, and we can honestly say the customer service here in Florida is on a whole different level. The warmth, professionalism, and hospitality we experienced tonight blew us away.

Huge shoutout to Bret, the manager, and the entire team—this is how dining out should be. We’ll definitely be back! ✨

Me and 3 other people came in for dinner. One of the orders was salmon and rice. The rice tasted terrible – it was hard and tasted like it was a box brand. In the second order, a loaded baked potatoe soup with a side, the side was forgotten. The third order was a steak. The quality of the meat was terrible. There was a lot of connected tissue, and it was very chewy- like chewing gum. The 4th order was a burger, and it was okay. We also ordered a to-go meal. Unfortunately, we had to wait an extra 15 to 20 minutes to leave the restaurant, because someone stole our order, and longhorn had to make a new meal. It was a very disappointg experience. The best part was the new appetizer, the loaded fries- I definitely recommend those.

We came to long horn for our moms birthday, only out server came out and sung happy birthday. It may be small but I’ve never seen a restaurant not have other workers come out and clap for the table… so if it’s your birthday don’t expect the severs to care to celebrate you…

You can never go wrong with Longhorn consistency of taste ,flavor, and other delicious options. Whatever I get, it will always will have the Parmesan crusted topping on it;It is my absolute favorite! The sweet potatoes are always cooked perfect and no matter what the broccoli is always flavorful.

Customer service was attentive and of course it is always busy but the wait time is not bad at all. This is a fairly new location. The size is just like the other newest bills and would recommend for a nice casual meal out.

LongHorn Steakhouse is my husband’s absolute favorite, and while we’ve always gone to the Winter Garden location, we were excited to check out the brand-new Clermont spot—and it did not disappoint!

The staff was incredibly friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the food was just as amazing as we’ve come to expect. We ordered the Parmesan-crusted steak, spicy Brussels sprouts, side salads, a loaded sweet potato, and of course, their delicious warm bread—everything was cooked to perfection and full of flavor.

The only thing that gave us pause was the thick carpet in the dining area, which felt a bit out of place, but it didn’t take away from the overall great dining experience.

We’re so happy to now have this location closer to home. Great food, great service, and no more long drive to Winter Garden—win-win! Highly recommend giving this new spot a try!

This is probably the best Longhorn I have been to in Florida service wise. Shout out to Amanda C. for the great service. Very nice and attentive. She was running around making sure all of the customers had what they needed. I have been to several Longhorns in Kissimmee and the service sucks. I would visit this one again in the future for sure. The food was OK. Came out quick and went down my gullet quicker. Had to get out of there before rush hour.

The food is okay. I liked the street corn they have as well as the spinach dip. The drinks were not the best. I really looked forward to my ribeye but it was honestly the toughest ribeye I have ever eaten. It was cooked medium and somehow still hard. It all look great in terms of presentation, I just wish it was consistent.

We came in on a Tuesday evening right around 5:00 pm. There was nobody in the entire restaurant dining and there was one family of around six and another family of two that came in before us. The hostess took the family of six and disappeared around the wall to seat them. Another party of two enters behind us. All three parties of two are standing there waiting and waiting and waiting for the hostess to return. All the while, I see a manager by the bar having a leisurely conversation with another restaurant employee and he’s looking directly at us. The phone behind the desk begins to ring…. And ring…. And ring…. And ring. I was getting aggravated because the place is EMPTY. Finally he comes around the desk and picks up the phone and I hear him tell the person on the line “no we’re not busy, just come on in”. He then finally proceeds to show one party to their table. The hostess still has yet to return to her post. Finally after what seemed like a ridiculous amount of waiting for a completely EMPTY dining room, we were seated. Neither the manager or the hostess appeared to smile one time. They both looked miserable. So this was my first impression. Now, our waitress was absolutely fantastic. She was joyful and prompt and helpful with the menu. I really should start taking names and applying them for exemplary work and recognition. I ordered a ribeye 12oz. Cooked medium. And it was okay. Nothing special. It was actually quite fatty which I’m not a huge fan of but I know that ribeyes tend to have some chance of fat. The Brussel sprouts were recommended by the waitress and I’m not usually one to order those but I said why not. And they were actually quite good served in a honey butter. The sirloin was ordered medium well and came out over well done. Too done for my liking but my wife didn’t mind too much. I wouldn’t have enjoyed that. The shrimp was the best part of the entire meal I think. Overall, it’s what I would expect from a chain restaurant and to be honest, the only reason we went is cuz we had a gift card from Christmas time. I’d spend my money elsewhere for sure.

Granted, that the longhorn chain is not normally one of my favorites or one that I frequent.

However, this visit went well. We went for lunch on the early side so there was no wait. The restaurant was rather empty and it was clean and comfortable as far as the climate.

I had the chopped steak along with the the baked potato and I did a salad add on. All were very good. The chopped steak was super juicy and tender. just know that it is seasoned. It comes with a gravy and mushrooms and onions. honestly, I took most of the gravy off because the chopped steak actually did not need it. now as far as how the steaks are, I really couldn’t say at this particular location. And other ones. I have found that the sirloins have been on the tough side. That’s why I chose the chopped steak this time. So I really can’t respond to actual steaks.

Husband always enjoys the salmon. And this time it was good also.

We did have a pleasant server and she was efficient and checked on us often.

The bathrooms were clean and the stalls were roomy. I like the added feature that each of the locks changes from occupied to vacant.
