Food was good at midnight. We loved our T-bone Dinner and Salted Caramel Pancake Breakfast Combo.
I would definitely come back more often.
First, my wife tried calling in our order multiple times, but nobody ever answered the phone. We ended up having to place the order online just to avoid waiting inside — but even that didn’t help.
When we picked up the food, both of our burgers were completely wrong. Everything we didn’t want was put on them, and everything we actually ordered was missing. One of the burgers was supposed to be a double patty, and it literally only came with one. On top of that, the hash browns were burnt and not even edible. For how much we paid, this is ridiculous.
The customer service wasn’t any better. When I walked in to pick up the order, the ladies up front avoided me as long as possible. They didn’t greet me, didn’t acknowledge me, and instead made excuses like “she’s making your drinks” — even though the order did NOT include a drink. Instead of helping me, they seemed more focused on avoiding interaction.
I also asked had silverware, and an employee took it and then walked off without replacing it or helping in any way. Just completely unprofessional behavior all around.
Between the unanswered phone calls, messed-up food, missing patty, burnt hash browns, and lack of customer service, this entire experience was beyond disappointing. I don’t know if the manager was there, but the staff clearly needs to be retrained in both food preparation and basic customer service. This shouldn’t be happening — especially not for the prices they charge and for how empty the restaurant was…. There was only one table with a family 3.
I hope the owner takes this seriously, because this location needs major improvement.
