Love the service! I ordered curbside pickup, and my pregnant wife used the bathroom and said it was really busy, but th bathroom was very clean. I didn’t even get halfway through my 8-minute video, and my food arrived. First, the bag was so organized, and food was hot and fresh, and the gentleman was very polite about getting my attention in the vehicle too . I was very disappointed by the behavior of the manager, Tiffany, during my visit. The way she spoke to employees was rude, antagonizing, and completely unprofessional. If an employee made a simple mistake, there was no need for her to speak to them in a nasty or demeaning manner—especially in front of customers.
Mistakes happen, and a manager should lead with patience, respect, and proper coaching. Instead, her tone and attitude created an uncomfortable environment for both staff and customers. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the restaurant and the brand as a whole.
Tiffany would benefit greatly from additional management and customer service training. Employees deserve to be treated with dignity, and customers should not have to witness such unprofessional conduct.

Great, fast and friendly service in downtown Detroit. Just a few blocks from Ford Field and Comerica Park NFL and MLB stadiums. Staff members were helpful and knowledgeable. Food was made hot and fresh. Quick preparation and everything we ordered was was correct and the exact way we wanted it. Everything was great! Clean restaurant and restrooms. Plenty of parking and seating along with an outdoor patio area, weather permitting. Highly recommend this McDonald’s if you’re in the Woodward, Midtown, Brush Park areas of Detroit!

Worst McDonalds experinced to date. Service slow, tables dirty, people hanging inside vaping. Sandwhich seemed like it was thrown together and took an age to come. Self serve terminal told me to pay at counter which seemed to defeat the object of using self service. Waiting to pay people just ignored me until I spoke up after 5 minutes, was told food would be brought to table, it wasn’t you had to go and get it when they called out your receipt number. Gave order to me in a take away bag despite selecting eat in. I asked guy where the soda was as I ordered and paid for a meal, he said he’d bring it to me. After 5 mins with still no sign of drink I went and asked at counter guy was busy serving drive through, it was like I was being to much trouble.

Bad attitudes don’t greet their customers the mangers are rude they toss or make your food and drinks anyway they like. A large milk down frappe paid 60 cent for extra caramel and they attitude was it comes like this the worst McDonald’s they do better with more training.

My friends and I decided to stop for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich, we were told to pull up so they could make the order fresh. The order was a McGriddle with egg & cheese as well as a McMuffin with egg & cheese, after waiting 15 min the order was incorrect and appeared as though it had been sitting around for hours. 1 Star for quality 1 Star for service 1 Star for outer appearance and cleanliness. Overall horrible experience. To add insult to injury the employee said she was giving us a free apple pie for the wait which also turned out to be cold and reheated. Truly under poor management. I don’t recommend this even as a last result. We decided to do a few drive thru experiences and so far they have all been 1 Star, this being the worse.
