This chicfila is “decent” certainly not up to usual corporate service standards. They often get my order wrong & the wait can be long. It’s by a lot of retail shops ️ & a target so it’s a busy area & somewhat difficult to get out of the parking lot. During peak times the drivers are really bad & I try to avoid it. It’s the closest to my home so I endure. Patrons be advised.
I have since been inside. It’s quite awful and I see why there’s so many complaints in the comments. For me it’s more the patrons than the staff. However the restaurant is very dirty. Very rude, inconsiderate people everywhere. No manners. Loud, obnoxious. Not the crowd I’m used to seeing at chicfila. Grown adults with their iPads on full blast competing w each other. It was the most unpleasant dining experience I’ve had at chic. I’ll stick to drive up! Recommend NOT coming inside if you are in a hurry or easily agitated by riff raff.

I’ve gone thru rush hour and it’s been fine. Service has always been fast for the months I’ve been here (just get off your car if you don’t wanna wait thru the drive thru) (10 mins max). The manager was so nice one time and gave my coworkers and I vouchers (while they were out promoting). The fact other people don’t understand the popularity of this franchise is crazy. If a missing item was my worse experience through the day, I’d be pretty happy and just communicate the problem. I have before. Both in person and thru the app (being honest about a lacking dressing for salads or just asking for another sauce). In person they were so nice and apologized. Thru the app, a couple of bonus points. Thank yall for the work you do. Food iobs can be hard but the fact yall continue to work through it is amazing! Parking wise, you can walk. Disability wise, unsure but if you’re not disabled… it’s really not that bad.

I understand “rush hour” happens, but to have to wait 15-20 minutes to order and get my food, and get home to these fries, it’s disappointing. What happened to the people that used to take orders at the drive thru on their tablet?

The tellers, cashier’s and staff are rude, unhelpful and slow as molasses in January. On rare occasions you will get help here, but mostly your ignored, and if you are picking up a mobile order, or God forbid, you’re a Door Dash driver, you will be child shouldered and left standing like a fool. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

The staff are so helpful. They usually mess up with the order, forget the extra egg or give a small drink when we ordered a medium, forget the ice cream cup, but we keep going back because the food is always good and the staff is always friendly/helpful.

Went thru drive thru and they got my order wrong. I called when I got home and they were great in giving me credit for my meal. Went another day to get my meal and again the messed it up. Staff is very friendly so that makes my experience less aggravating.

Always a miss with this chick fil a! Ordered a Cobb salad through mobile order and I always put no bacon! Sure enough they put bacon on it! So mad they can never get the orders right mind you I can’t eat bacon! Had to throw it away called them right away didn’t even do anything! I will go to this chick fil an ever again! Unprofessional people

Yeah I didn’t want ice in my powerade. How was I supposed to know they would serve it hot !!! I couldn’t even go inside or through the drive through with all the amount of people.
