I was expecting more this time. I ordered the cheeseburger from the value menu, and it shows with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes, but it came only the bread, meat and cheese. Also I ordered the new baked oven Mac cheese, and it came in a tiny bowl. I questioned about it and they said if I order it a la carte or as a side it same size (not as show in the menu). Also I ordered the new strawberry pancakes balls, but it came burned, and far from the picture they show us, without the powered sugar and with a hard frosting to dip it. I was sitting for 30 min without someone coming to offer to refill my water. I could see some seat ripped near me and it make me sad because we loved to come here before. It was a big deception

Went in on a Saturday morning for breakfast and it was absolutely packed! Was just with my two year old and we waited longer than we should’ve, but Mia (the manager) took the best care of us and our server McKenna was awesome! Not only did Mia take great care of us, but she even was helping cook in the back because the restaurant was so slammed. Much respect to the staff here, and made a busy chaotic Saturday enjoyable!

Our server Ellie was such a joy. She was very attentive, ensuring that our orders were served correctly and our drinks were refilled promptly. She was quick to joke with our family, bringing laughter and smiles to the whole experience. The manager Julie was also very helpful, even making sure that our kids were pleased with their food. All in all, a wonderful dining experience.

I came in this morning and our server Cassie was great! I had a party of 15 and she handled everything so well. She was polite and very attentive. The manager and her checked on us often and we had a great experience even with so many of us. They were really busy as it was a Saturday morning but Cassie was incredible!!

Julie Patterson the manager did a wonderful job for being extremely short staffed she served us, cooked our food, and rang us up! we also had multiple families for a birthday with a few hyper kids. Which she handled expertly! According to one child it was the best burger he’s ever had in his life! The birthday boy said his birthday pancakes were also the best he’s ever had! Give this manager a raise and more staff lol!
