Don’t waste your time ordering here from door dash! Missing pancakes on our door dash order. And the fries that were ordered at $5 each contained barely any fries. I will never order from here again, or patronize this location. Save your time and money and avoid this location!

I visited this location last night for dinner with my friend. Simple orders no substitutions. My friend ordered nachos and I have the burnt ends and Mac and cheese.
Let’s start with her nachos. They were ice cold from the start the meat sauce that they use felt as if it came out of the refrigerator.
My burnt ends were definitely burnt, more like bits of charcoal.
We brought the issues up with our server who was less than pleased to be there. We were told the way our food was served was correct never offered to have the food remade never attempted to tell the manager on duty.
Come time to pay for our food we advised the cashier we would like to speak with the manager, hos response left my jaw on the floor. And I quote why didnt you say anything to the server, um sir did and advised him what her response was.
He was like well I would have fixed it my rebuttal was well your sever failed to tell you so you couldn’t have the food remade.
His offer to better the situation was to not charge us for our drinks the ONLY items on our bill that were correct.
I have visited this Dennys a LOT growing up last night however makes me think I will visit other Dennys instead.

Horrible service was told ten minute wait. So I waited the girl comes over and says how can I help you. Told her it’s been ten minutes and I was told it’s a ten minute wait. Keep in mind there is only four people in here. I ask for a manger and got no reply. It’s been 25 minutes still has not been helped. Attitude from the staff. Will not be back.

Crystal was an awesome waitress! I had grilled cheese sandwich and a salad. The sandwich was toasted nicely. The salad was crispy and delicious. My daughter had french toast with berries and cream and eggs and sausage which she polished off! And my granddaughter had all you can eat pancakes and was thrilled. Her comment was “These are so good!”

It wasn’t busy when we arrived. As soon as we entered we were greeted and seated. The hostess Dana was very punctual and polite. The speed in which we placed our order and received the food was excellent. The order was correct and delicious. Definitely would recommend!

I visited this location at noon on Sunday. Upon entering the building one couple as waiting to be seated and the place was no way near busy. The waitress greeted me and asked me if this was a table for two. I replied yes but we needed to make a togo order for 4 people. She immediately explained that I couldn’t make a togo order because they only had two cooks, but if orderd the food and ate in the restaurant that she would take my order???? It really didn’t make any sense at all. I could make an order of food if I ate there, but I couldn’t order any food if I didn’t???? It’s fine.. Im going to share my experience with everyone I know near this location. You think it’s slow now, just wait….. it was explained to me later that the waitress waited a tip. I was tipping anyway. I ending up going the Orginal Pancake House in Laudue. They had no issues at all making the togo order and it was packed!!!!! I was thanked for coming in. I heavy tipped the waiter who brought me my food. Thank you Orginal Pancake House in Laudue for saving the brunch experience for me and my friends!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Do NOT GO HERE !!! I can’t stress enough !!! We went on a Tuesday afternoon the parking lot was empty . We got seated after 10 minutes then got serve old coffee “ a first strike “ then the table was dirty . ( 2nd strike ) Not a few crumb dirty . I mean syrup on the table literally pieces of lettuce . Even a darn spoon was left in the seat ( hold on it gets worse ) so boom we order appetizers and main dish right ? Why we get our sides first “( bacon eggs hasbrowns ) but no pancakes nor the starter so I’m like maybeee this is how they do things keep in mind there no body inside the restaurant there 4 cooks and 4 waitress. No excuse for us to wait this long… and for the coffee to not be fresh. Yawll why they never brung the starter or my pancakes out . I got so mad because even after I asked for the starter I could hear the cook complain .” She didn’t order that I know she didn’t I had her ticket “ yawll he ARGUING w the waitress who took our order ?!?! Like wooooow I asked for a refund and told the manager you need to get those cooks out of there. The younger man I watched as we left out smoke a cigarettes and NOT wash his hands and run back to start making another order. ..YOU COULDNT BEG ME TO EVER EAT DENNYS AGAIN. IHOP or nothing smh
