The last time I was at a Denny’s was about a decade ago and I remember it being greasy, sad food that you ate when you were drunk late at night. We visited this Denny’s recently and there seems to be quite a turn around in quality. We came on a Saturday early afternoon and the restaurant was busy but there was no wait to be seated. Our server was great and was quick to take our orders despite how busy it was.
We order two everyday value slams which for $7 a piece is a lot more food than it seems like it was going to be. The pancakes were fluffy and a good size. The eggs were cooked perfectly, I always order them medium well. And the sausage and bacon were also delicious and not greasy.
We came on empty stomachs and definitely left full. The best part was it cost under $30 including a tip for our server. We don’t go out for breakfast very often but we’re definitely going to keep this Denny’s in our list for restaurants.

We just moved here with my family. I was happy to see Dennys right by where I leave. My first visit was unsatisfied. I don’t think I’m going back there for a long time unless they make some changes. We were seated right by the register. I mean you can’t forget about us. Girl with glasses and young guy who served us were just standing and talking all the time. I ordered salad with my food which never came. I was charged on the bill. 3 milkshakes never came. I had to ask again and it took them long to bring it. Our server wasn’t taking his job seriously. I asked them I never got my salad, the girl with glasses handed me another receipt with attitude. We were never asked if we needed anything or refills. Everytime I need something, I had to ask. The lady who walked in right after me had to get up and walked up to them and asked them to be served. I mean this is not a joke.

I had a great experience. A gentleman named Milton was very attentive and helpful with my order. He greeted me with a radiant smile and the food was amazing. This is definitely my favorite Denny’s.

I went to dennys in Hoffman estates and from the walk in the service was amazing Clara was there to greet me Amanda was server was on top of it the cook did a great job at providing me fast hot fast and of course the manager Janice always friendly greeting each person with a warm welcoming smile,,; this is the best cleanest happiest team good job dennys in Hoffman-Estates ♡ I will be coming back

I had such a great experience at this Denny’s! The food came out hot and delicious, and the service was absolutely amazing. Amanda and Clara were both so friendly, attentive, and kind. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They checked on us often and made the atmosphere feel welcoming and comfortable. You can tell they truly care about their customers.
Highly recommend coming here and asking for Amanda or Clara if you can, you’ll be well taken care of!

We hadn’t been to a Dennys in a few years. We were pleasantly surprised by the very tasty food and the quality of the food overall. I feel like the bacon is still too thin as I remembered, but everything else was on point. With 5 of us, we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes. Everything was great. Free kids meals on Tuesdays also! Also the waitress was extremely nice and the service was super fast. You can get some very low price meals here, but most of us went with hearty meals, but they still didn’t break the budget.
