Went in for an early breakfast on a super cold morning, had two waitreses during my visit, both Diana and Dena were very attentive and responsive to questions. The food was excellent and atrmosphere pleasant and my friend and supermodel Rachel Pizzolato even posted for a photo out front! Also had a great conversation with our waitress Dena after the meal and look forward to going back many times in the future!

I am an absolute fanatic when it comes to breakfast food.
My pancakes were golden and hot.
My eggs were scrambled and well placed with my side of Turkey Bacon.
Denny’s staff was polite, courteous, and very welcoming.
The store was not only clean but seasonally decorated.
If you are in Kentwood and need a 24 hour diner to enjoy make sure you place an order with these folks.
You’re sure to enjoy your food and be very thankful for the hospitable dining experience.

My food was delivered timely and hot and with my special requests graciously accommodated
Server recommended the Bacon Avocado Burger. ( had a double: one beef patty & one veggie patty). It was delicious
Got the battered onion rings which were EXCEPTIONAL. Hot, Crisp and perfectly cooked. (I am very particular about onion rings) and these were absolutely perfect!!
I leisurely dined, savoring my meal.
Server check with me frequently and was intuitively prompt about making sure my beverage never ran empty.
I came last month in mid December and was so pleasantly impressed with my experience with friendly staff that I have been back twice since.
Manager walk through the dining area and he stopped to check on the guests and myself. Nice to have that care in a casual dining establishment
Just a great easy comfortable late meal in a warm clean comfy place. Very impressed and I will be happily be returning more often.

The food was absolutely delicious. The hash browns were nice and crisp and the bacon was deliciously crispy. My eggs were cooked just perfect. My husband really enjoyed his breakfast also. We had really good service and they kept up with both of our hot and cold beverage refills. We have not been to a Denny’s for a long time but with the nice restaurant, very friendly staff and great food we will be back!

Considering the cold snowie weather do to multiple storms, it was very pleasant to relax and enjoy an extremely delicious breakfast along with several refills of great hot coffee in a squeekie clean environment I must add.This Denny’s is about 7minutes from the Grand Rapids Airport in snow driving conditions. I had a highly selected prime steak that was cooked to perfection, a couple of eggs n hash browns, Mi Amor (My Love) had french toast with a side of Blueberries, Banana and chips of Chocolate Pancakes…I had no choice but to try it and it was really good I can feel my taste buds dancing just talking about it. One last thing I’d like to add, the price was just right for my budget.

I had a great time here! Diana was our waitress and she was both friendly and professional! She made our night, and was so so sweet. 🙂 And Frank in the kitchen is awesome too! He made us some great food and he’s a chill guy. The atmosphere was super clean and cheerful with holiday decorations and fun music. This was my first time at a Dennys and I would definitely come back because of these two!

I love Dennys. I love the food. I will always get the moons over my hammy. That sandwich is great. However. This location was the worst I’ve been too. Which is surprising considering the amount of 5 star reviews I see. My sandwich came to me cold. My eggs, sunny side up, we’re cold. I mean ice cold. They were awful. My wife told our server multiple times that he food could not have bananas on it. Her pancakes had to be sent back. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had.

Dena and Frank hooked us up! A great experience with wonderful service. Nice and professional service beyond what you would expect at almost three in the morning so thank you to them for sticking it out and creating a positive and welcoming place. They certainly deserve more than just a $1 bonus for getting a good review, like come on Dennys how much money do you make per year as a company. How much can you invest in your foundation staff? They are connecting point between consumer and product.
