We come here all the time and never have an issue but today the food was not good. Our fries have so much salt on them you can’t eat them and unfortunately one of our chicken sandwiches is so overcooked it’s rubbery and you can’t eat it.

Chick-Fil-A catered my Open House and they made serving great food easy and efficient.
I served breakfast and they provided me with a large tray of mini chicken biscuits.
The order was ready when we arrived for pick-up. They included a companion box with tongs for serving, a nice variety of jellies and Honey packets.
I was impressed with their high level of service and how accomdating they were to make my event seamless with serving delicious food.
I placed my order in advance and they executed everything perfectly.
I will definitely use them for future events. The mini biscuits were a favorite…I mean who doesn’t love “small bites” and “chicken biscuits”
Thanks Chick-Fil-A!!!

The workers have much better attitudes then what you would find at any other fast food chain besides whataburger. No matter what day or time it is, you will always have someone super friendly there to take care of you. #RIPMCDONALDS

Our favorite Chick-fil-A in the area. Staff members like Joy, Jennifer, Sheila (and others) all make you feel like family. No matter how crowded it is, or how long the drive-thru line is, it’s always worth it. And it’s Chick-fil-A, so you know it’s going to be delicious!

Always our choice, not today. Went thru drive thru. No mayo, no silverware for salad. Missing items in salad. Sat in line longer than we can ever had. I guess even Chick-fil-A has a bad day. Had to turn around and go back. Can eat a salad without a fork.

When i go to come here i always ask specifically for a warm soft chocolate chip cookies. Toooo easy of a request from a place with a warmer and that’s supposed to bake them fresh everyday. This is the 3rd time ive been given a cookie hard as brick, crumbles soon as you break it, tough as hell. I went through drive through and came inside with my order bag when i realized the cookie was not warm or soft. There were two ppl at the counter ordering. I got in line patiently waiting not saying a word. The blonde hair, blue eyed cashier while in the middle of taking another persons order, looked at me appearing to be annoyed and said “oh i can tell something’s wrong with you, your order wrong?…i can get a manager.” No hi, hello, can i help you. I responded “i haven’t said a word. I came in and got in line, you have two ppl infront you of you trying to order.” I thought that was unprofessional. I didn’t come in to make any scene or disturb another customers experience for something that’s an easy fix. The two customers infront of her are still trying to make their order. Another employee walked up to me from the kitchen and asked if there was something she could help me with. We had a polite exchange. I expressed my concern and showed her the cookie and how cold and hard it was. She immediately agreed seeing how hard the cookie was and said she would get me a another one. I told her it was no problem at all if they didn’t have any warm or softly baked cookies and that i would take a refund if they didn’t have any. She insisted on helping and went to do the exchange for a new one. I’m quitely waiting. The blonde hair blue eyed cashier STILL has the same 2 customers infront of her trying to make their order and while they are talking she makes a sarcastic remark towards me saying “See i knew something was wrong obviously”. At this point im annoyed that she keeps hyperfocusing on me instead of helping the customers i front of me. I responded “why do you keep talking to me and making comments towards me when you got two ppl infront of you trying to order.” One of the same two customers that she was helping when i walked in got frustrated and told her not to respond to me and to take his order. I explained to him not to tell her to ignore me when she keeps initiating comments towards me being disrespectful when im standing here quietly. Then he gets frustrated and tells her not to respond to me and now we having a discussion because im feeling disrespected. The blonde hair blue eyed cashier STILL is staring me in my eyes with a hostile angry look not blinking even after she FINALLY takes the customers orders. At this point it’s creating a very uncomfortable experience for me and i address her directly asking her what is the problem because she is starting at me intensely like she wants to fight me. In my culture starring at someone intensely and in their eyes without speaking is a huge form of disrespect. I’ve never had an interaction with this person prior to and didn’t order with her. Another staff member had already helped me. I got my cookie and A manager comes front to talk to me and i tell her whats going on and she agrees to talk to that cashier. As a person that has worked food service that cashier had terrible customer service. I was intentional on not wanting my easy fix issue to interfere with another customers experience or interrupt their service. To address me in that manner in the middle of two ppl in your face trying to order was rude. Then making unnecessary comments with customers still waiting to be serviced after seeing i was already helped came off instigating a further issue with me when i was standing quietly. It really irritated me after the fact.

Not the place to eat if you’re on a quick lunch break. It’s disappointing cause the food is typically good but the last 6 months the service has noticeably gone down hill. I’ve had to stop eating here for lunch cause it’s normal to wait 20+ min for one meal.

I had a fantastic experience at Chick-fil-A. The staff greeted me with a smile, my food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh especially the nuggets and waffle fries. The restaurant was clean, and the service was some of the best you can get at a fast-food place. Highly recommended.

As usual, Chik-fil-a food and customer service is great. My family rarely eat there because it cost $43 for 2 salads, 2 sandwiches, 1 mac n cheese, 1 large fry. No drinks. It’s seriously overpriced fast food but they stay busy anyway 🙂
