We came in for a bite on our way home from the airport. It was around 9:30-10pm and there was only 2 servers, which is not normally bad. Tonight we got seated right away and got our drinks and food ordered quickly. Although, we sat for about 30 minutes and no food. A table that came in after us got their food and was eating when we asked the server about our order. He went to the kitchen and the cook had not even started our order, so we just asked for our check for our drinks and left. By this time 45 minutes had passed and we were hungry and tired. We hit a drive thru and went home. The server was super apologetic. I would not have been so upset but they were not very busy. The tables were very staggered coming in. The kitchen was just overwhelmed. Maybe (benefit of the doubt) they had a bunch of carry out orders. The cook needs to work on his/her speed. It just felt like the kitchen was doing one full order & getting it out then starting the next order.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this location was exceptional! I went to this Dennys looking for an okay meal with okay service. What I ended up with was a good meal with spectacular service! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and so was my server. Faith was our server and she was a delight! She was super sweet, attentive and helpful. She made sure I was got exactly what I asked for and went above and beyond. The chicken bacon ranch while a little greasy, was delicious. The chicken is juicy and fresh with a good flavor. The fries were nice and salty too. I will definitely be back for the amazing service and food!

I just wanted to let you know that Savonnah H. Was amazing! She was the only waitress present and had a whole dining room full of patrons and yet she was cheerful, kind, paitent and fast. My drink was always refilled in a timely manner and she answered all my questions with a smile! Its rare to get such good service in general but especially when staff is low and the restaurant is busy, I’ll definitely recommend this Dennys and I’ll return for sure.

It’s Dennys. I’m not looking for gourmet food. But I do expect to be greeted when I walk in and I expect to be seated in under 10 mins when there is no one in the place. I was looked at several times but never acknowledged. Finally a server came from the dining area and saw us there and sat us in her section. (Way to show initiative and hustle, great job Venice). But the rest of them just looked and did nothing. Do better. Too many options for people to go to when you don’t appreciate the people who are walking in.

I really hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The first glass of water brought to the table had a piece of tissue stuck to the outside of the glass. When it was replaced, the second glass had a hair in it. At that point, I was already feeling uncomfortable.
Before that, I had asked our server for extra lemons and was told they didn’t have any left. However, when the manager came over to address the issues, she immediately went back and cut more lemons. That was frustrating because it made it seem like the request just wasn’t taken seriously the first time.
The restaurant itself also felt very run down and not very clean. After finding hair in the water, I honestly felt too uncomfortable to eat the food we ordered and decided it was best to leave.
I understand that mistakes happen, but basic cleanliness and attention to customers should always be a priority.

My sister and our friend came to this Dennys today after leaving Cracker Barrel since they basically dumped us at a table and nobody came for almost 25 minutes. Our server Shelby was so sweet and attentive of our every need. She was the best! The food was also amazing! Love this Dennys!

Today I visited our favorite place to have breakfast on Sundays. And never have we ever had a bad experience like today. First we walked in and felt like the ac was off they said no manager says it’s on. Then we got sat in the booth and had a new server named Pricilla. Waited 10 mins at least or longer for her to get our drinks in the heat. My husband ordered a coffee and she brought out French vanilla creamer and said we don’t have regular so he said yeah no thanks to the coffee. Then out of. No where regular creamer showed up and he was able to have coffee but it was so hot in the building he couldn’t enjoy it. Then our meals were wrong. He ordered Mile high with pancakes no toast and jalapeño on side and no has browns red skins instead. Well he got the omelette hash browns (which he didn’t want) no pancakes and no toast either. I asked for Coke Zero got cherry coke instead or Dr Pepper I don’t like either. My hash browns were stale and full of grease…
We asked again why is it so hot and she said oh idk my manager said ac is on. It felt like a sauna in there. It was miserable to enjoy breakfast or the food today. We paid the 52$ for our breakfast and it was a waste of money we complained and nothing was done about our experience.

It’s been a while since I been here at this dennys so I went for lunch on Thursday march 5 with my family and wow what a big difference restaurant smells good food came out quick servers was attentive and I seen the beautiful general manager on top of her stuff she really moves fast seen her seating people down and cooking and even bagging to gos orders I hope this restaurant stays like this .

We arrived at 0215. The first thing the employee said that met us was that they were only excepting cash, and there was an ATM in the doorway, I asked why the tills were closed and he said because they could be.
The employees were watching something at the bar, very loud. When we were sat down, we could hear the restaurant music, tv and whatever show they were blasting at the bar. When we asked if they could turn off one of them the employee made us seem like we were not making sense. They did turn whatever at the bar they were playing, off or silent.
We ordered our food and were told part of our order was unavailable. The restaurant was full of at least 4 or 5 dirty tables. We were the only customers in the restaurant.
I am extremely disappointed with this location and would NEVER recommend this place to friends or family. Save yourself the trouble, do not come here. 0/10
Update: the employee that is supposed to be helping/waiting on us is back at the bar watching whatever they are blasting and yelling about. I also never received part of my order and our food was not fresh or hot.
I HIGHLY recommend Dennys look into this event and watch the cameras. What an absolute disgrace of a location, especially with these employees. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Avoid at all costs, go anywhere else.

I went to dinner tonight with my sisters, my mother and my grandmother. We were attended by Savannah, who appeared to be the only one working aside from the cook, on a Friday night at 830 pm. I thought that was odd that at least two people weren’t working tables but Savannah was literally rockin it. She was wearing multiple hats, hostessing, and waitressing multiple tables all alone on a Friday night! That girl deserves a raise. I was impressed. The night picked up even more when we were wrapping up to leave. I even saw one gentleman did not want to wait for his check any longer, got up and waited for Savannah to check him out at the register. My family and I noticed she was all alone and figured it would help if we did the same and we got up to check out at the register. When we paid, we commended. Her for doing such a great job on her own and we asked who her manager was. She then signaled over and said her name was Ann. We looked over in awe, because there was no way a manager was on shift and doing nothing to help her with how busy it was in there. It was astonishing that a manager, who is to lead by example, does nothing but talk to customers while another employee is like drowning in tables. Denny’s , management, you need to do better and evaluate who you place in management positions because tonight, it seemed like Savannah was working like a boss in there. While you are likely paying someone else to manage that place and that someone does not take lead or the initiative to attend to customers for proper services. The least she could have done to help Savannah is help check them out. We werent event asked by the manager if things were okay, nothing. We didn’t even know she was working! Then we were walking out to our car, mind you the restaurant is busy and has at least 5-7 tables of families, some large, and the manager, Ann is leaning over the counter and talking to a customer, who appeared to be a regular. I don’t know, but the whole situation was wrong. Savannah deserves 5 gold stars in my book. I am often at restaurants. Ann, I still can’t believe she is a manager, but if she is, she needs to be trained on teamwork, a key tool to any business and the responsibilities and expectations of a manager in a restaurant like Denny’s. Astonishing she gets paid more than Savannah!! Denny’s is a classic spot for us and the food was a delicious and because of Savannah, we will maaaybe return. In a few years, if it’s still open. Not a good impression tonight, overall. I honestly would have given a 5 star review if I was rating Savannah, but the lack of attention to customers, as a manager, is huge and speaks volumes.
Even though for some reason I can’t add them here, I took pictures of all the tables Savannah was attending to by herself. I also have a photo of the “manager” leaning over a counter and talking to a customer while Savannah was running around like a mad woman. That girl deserves a raise or the management position!! She knows how to wear multiple hats and get things done. And most important, attend to her customers!
