Best customer service I had in a while. Was greeted with a friendly smile from Paris at the front counter, she was patient and very polite. Place doesn’t feel like Dennys it feels like a 5 star resort.

Until a few months ago, I spent little to no time at Denny’s. Once being warmly welcomed by Deanna at the Brandon location however, I have become an almost nightly visitor. Deanna is gracious, kind, always has an a sincere smile and consistently goes above and beyond for every customer, every meal served, every request. She has the spirit of generosity and customer service expertise that one can only hope to find, regardless of industry. She never fails to make my day bright and worthwhile. My meals are delectable and perfectly prepared according to her diligent attention to detail and instruction. My allergies and concernswhether great or small, are addressed with the greatest of care and seriousness. I look forward to my visits, and Denny’s has become a moment of respite and home away from home because of Deanna. I cannot possibly praise her efforts and those of the kitchen staff as profoundly as they deserve. Thank you all for the time and hard work you devote to make this location the phenomenal success it is!

Marshall- She is bubbly, makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the doors. The service provided by her is precise and on point. Definitely makes you want to come back. Very attentive with ALL customers. Food was great as well.

We were greeted as we entered, the service was excellent. Marsha was our server. Very pleasant and new the menu and gave suggestions. I had the grandslam , my son ordered the country fried steak and eggs. Both dishes was perfectly fine. We will be coming back.
