Ordered small cheese pizza and a side of meatballs. The pizza was really good, New York flavors most definitely; and the meatballs and sauce was too. The person that answered the phone was friendly, patient and helpful. They delivered the pizza to my hotel, received within the time they told me, hot and fresh.

We had a great dinner. Ordered to go pizza, wings, salad, and bread sticks. Portions were large and very good. Real hand tossed pizza. It was ready in 10 minutes. They did not hide the kitchen like many chains. I loved supporting this local family restaurant. I wish we lived here so we could go again.

The appearance of Forum Plaza may make you think twice about dining there but let me tell you that the food is awesome. I first had a steak and cheese sub, loved it, so I decided to try their pizza. Here again, loved it, since then all the food I order is good with no complaints. I only wish I had tried Delizia Pizza sooner.

Worst place to ask for a delivery. The girl that answer the phone there sent me the wrong order twice in a row. When I called back I asked for a manager, I was explaining to her what was wrong and without even telling me she pass me the guy in the kitchen to repeate everything again. You called sometimes and the the system is down so you have to repeat all your info again. The delivery guy last time asked me to pay when I already paid in the phone call with my card. They don’t even apologize for their mistakes. They get offended. I used to order all the time there, but now just when I don’t have other option. They always forget something. Food is good but customer service is the worst. On my lunch break I don’t have my food and then when they finally send the right order I am back on my desk. They need to train that girl to take the order right, phone etiquette and proper customer service.

I will NEVER come back to this disgusting establishment again. As I walked in there was no greeting which I thought was bad customer service but did not say anything. As I looked at the menu another customer walked in and was greeted and told the daily special. I never heard there was a lunch special but overlooked it and asked may I order it. She informed me there was an additional cost for pepperoni which was fine .As I stepped back I saw a man (THE MANAGER) in the corner eating pizza and drinking soda. He wiped his hands on his apron, stuck his bare hands in the pepperoni’s and put it on my pizza and stuck it in the oven. No hand washing? No gloves? Nothing. I immediately asked for a refund and when he gave me the refund he threw the money on the counter and did not acknowledge me. I looked at him and told him I thought it was very nasty that he was eating, drinking, touching money and his cell phone and then wiped his hand on a dirty apron he had been wearing all day and go directly to fixing my food bare handed .He threw his hand up and walked away. I told the customers to bless their food as I walked out. I’m sure the health department would love to see this place

Very undesirable pizza!! This place is literally within walking distance and the pizza and wings came cold. I have to admit the owner was furious and he would have replaced our orders but after an hour wait we ate it anyway . The lazy delivery boys were blamed – so fire them! There was no sauce on the pizza – just chunks of tomato . Florida pizza is awful unless you go with the commercial chains ! The wings got good reviews!

This place is a real hoot. Stickers all over the wall, tasty, buttery, crunchy pizza in both classic and unique flavors, and quick in-and-out service. We came here from a coworkers recommendation and we were very glad we did. Definitely trendy and renowned amongst locals and tourists alike.
