Our dedication to delicious deli sandwiches began in Fresno, California 25 years ago when we took over a little restaurant in Fresno. After a few years, one restaurant wasn’t enough to meet popular demand so we opened a second location, then a third, and the rest is history. We use only the freshest produce, premium deli meats, and terrific homestyle bread made locally! Our restaurants serve more than just terrific sandwiches – there are also salads, soups, and fabulous French fries

While staff was helpful and kind, I paid over $14 for a 4” cheese sandwich (barely toasted) and what I thought would be a nice tomato bisque soup, which was actually just a cup put into the microwave. My cup of “soup” is a thick cup of possibly concentrated, seasoned tomato paste. I’m Very disappointed and I am still hungry because the “food” is inedible. Wasted time and money and I will never go to this restaurant again.
My response to the response left by the daily delicious representative regarding my initial review – what ever it was that this young lady put my cup of glop in to followed by pushing buttons and then after the timer went off, took out a hot cup of NOT soup sure looked like a microwave to me. I watched her go around the corner and emerge with the cup that she then put into the microwave. I was quite surprised by this because I usually go to the deli delicious on Bullard and blackstone in Fresno. The one in Hanford obviously takes shortcuts and lacks greatly with their overpriced version.

I did a corporate catering order and this is the quality of avocado I get. It looked so nasty. They gave me extra avocado after I brought it up and it looked just as bad. The staff had told me the avocado they got was damaged so it looks like that. Both ladies doing the sandwiches told me the same thing.I have never dealt with such bad looking produce from any other Deli Delicious.

Sandwich had extra mayo and mustard it destroyed the flavor, I did not ask for extra, fountain machine needs service, flat sodas also filthy as well, people were dumping their Covid 19 ice back on the machine also splashing and washing their cups Fry’s were great also no parking, and the lot has trash, and flip over grocery basket next to the store, it going to extremely hard to pay the $ 2500.00 franchise fee that due every month if cleaning standards are this slack, I will return in 30 days to give you guys a chance to improve.

We’ve ordered food from this location probably 20+ times since they opened. We love a good sandwich from DD, but this location suffers with inconsistent food quality and terrible customer service. They never answer their phone and seem to be understaffed, with employees that barely acknowledge you when you come in the door and prefer to talk to each other while customers wait. Long waits are the norm, even at off-peak times. Love DD, but expect this location will be out of business soon. If I were the owner I’d be furious with how my store is staffed.

Absolutely the worst service we have had anywhere. My husband and daughter went in to get the sandwiches we wanted. The extremely rude cashier was bothered that they came in 15 minutes to closing. None of our sandwiches were correct. No dipping sauce with my French dip. Peppers, pickles and mustard on my daughters sandwich that she asked to not have on. My husband sandwich was soaked. Please don’t complain about “you getting yelled at for overtime” in front of your customers. Also why are you always out of bread or on your last piece? Oh and “it’s too hot to cook” shouldn’t be your response to someone ordering a sandwich. Do better. Have yet to have 1 visit with good service.

I did an online order because my daughter has been telling me this place is bomb, for dinner last night, II ordered 5 sandwiches, they were all good, but the 2 French dips my husband and I got were unacceptable, inedible, for a 75.00 bill and tip. I saw the photo and wanted one immediately and I do know they don’t always look like the picture, BUT our sandwiches were literally 1 slice of beef and couldn’t even see the cheese, it was there but like a tiny square. The meat needs to be as big as the sandwich, it was all bread. I’d actually like credit for those 2 French dips and will be going in to complain. I do THINK the subs with all the works are worth it, based on my daughters love & experience there. The bread was good. Fries are delicious. Cookies should be at least 2 per pack. Employees are great, but take pride in your sandwich art. Don’t send out something you wouldn’t eat and idc, but nobody would like the sandwich we got. Yall knew when making it, it’s toooooo obvious to not see that you can’t see the meat in the bread. It was buried in the bread. I thought they forgot to put the meat in em til w opened them and saw the disappointment. I wanted a French dip so bad too. I make em better. Disappointed.

Had the Black bean patty sandwich for the first time today it is gross. I don’t even want the other half of the sandwich. Bread is always dry no matter sandwich I order, and the patty looked and tasted disgusting like it’s not even cooked. Subway black bean patty is so much better. I’ll stick with Subway.

I love all the Deli Delicious locations I’ve been too and have always enjoyed everything i got. I’ve been to one in Hanford twice, once about a week after they opened and then a couple days ago. The place is awful!! They are very skimpy on everything in the sandwiches, the bread is dry the tuna dry, all bad. The service is just as bad if not worse. The first time the young girl was rude as hell and disrespectful, roiling her eyes and gave the impression as F this place and me. The second time was the same, rude with an attitude. When I asked questions about the menu, she gave attitude, when my daughter mentioned what she did not want in her order she gave attitude. Both times were young girls, this last time may have been a short young filipina. This place is a joke. Never going back. I’ll keep going to Jimmy John’s. Awesome sandwichs there with really soft bread and good service.

I was excited for the food I heard good things but good things end! I ordered 2 tri tip sandwiches they both had 3 pieces of meat pretty skimpy for the prices. The French dip I ordered I asked for no mayo and there was a lot of mayo and bbq sauce with lettuce! It was terrible French dip should not have bbq sauce.
