It’s literally my favorite fast food restaurant but this location is so terrible. I’m praying I don’t get food poisoning from the one bite I took out of the sandwich. It was dry, burnt, and tasted awful. I feel like the meat was under a light warmer for hours not to mention where is the cheese I ordered with it? Terrible. Manager was rude and I straight up told them I didn’t want it replaced. I just wanted to let them know it was terrible.

Took an extremely long time in the drive thru without the line moving, except once. I left and went to another fast food restaurant where I was immediately serviced. I called a Cleveland resident to tell them about their Burger King (since they gave me the directions to it) and they said it’s always very slow like that at this location. Thought I’d write a review so that the corporate managers can see and resolve this so they don’t repeatedly lose customers daily, due to the poor service.

When first walking in I noticed a young male worker twisting his hair near the door in the dining area. Later another worker with dreadlocks came from the outside end went back into the kitchen area without washing their hands. All of the workers in the kitchen area either had long braided weave down their back or dreadlocks. Some were touching their face, others were scratching their hair or skin. Neither of them wore hairnets. So I used the bathroom, which had no paper towels and left.

They have bad customer service just because they didn’t hear me on the mic. They had an attitude. I told them that it was ok because they deleted my order. I said it in a nice way. You all having a stress day it’s ok. This one girl got loud with me. And all I was doing was begin nice !!!

The men’s bathroom had some kind of bodily fluid everywhere. The women’s bathroom sink was hanging on the wall with nothing but hopes and dreams. The coke machine and counter by it were covered in ants. Then they also kept forgetting our fries.

Screaming between employees when taking my order. Fussing and arguing. Then when I reached the window they didn’t have what I ordered. Told me to pull in parking lot and they would bring my other food. Had to ask for a refund since they had already collected for my order. Shame shame shame

Service at drive thru was very friendly.
Food was not good. Biscuit was oily and old, hash browns were cold.
I tipped the cashier but she used it for my bill! Oops.

They fixed my order from the night before and they were awesome. Chicken sandwich was great and so was the Manager Kim and staff. Very clean restaurant.
