Not sure what this is supposed to be but both sandwich’s had nothing on it but the meat and cheese. The only one they got right was the ham and cheese which was supposed to be just the meet and cheese. Also we didn’t get our sides of pickles or peppers. My wife also had to wait for the order when she got there (right at 6:49pm when pick up was supposed to be) and had to wait longer than expected and there was no one else in the restaurant. Pretty upset with the service and quality of the sandwiches especially for the price of $30. BIG disappointment for primos. The quality has been on the slide down but this is an all time low.

I’ve used their catering platters for work parties/meetings a few times and it’s always been well prepared, delicious, and on time. Finally ordered a few times for a “personal” hoagie and my goodness, why get one anywhere else? High quality ingredients, thinly sliced meats, and assembled with care. Highly recommend, especially over the standard “MTO”. Price is definitely in line with what you get, and the specials for signing up are actually worth being bothered by the text messages .

I feel bad that the fruitville Pike branch has changed ownership several times over the years, but quality remains consistently good. Sandwiches always with fresh ingredients and there’s no substitute for those rolls! Very clean and well maintained environment. Friendly staff.

The most unprofessional service I’ve ever encountered. Went in for a pickup order after a long day at the hospital and waited for around 10 min before any employees acknowledged me there even though there was only myself and one other in the store and two of the employees continuously walked up to the front of the store but were too concerned with flirting with the other employee/customer. When I finally was helped it seemed that it was an inconvenience.I’m all for having a good time at work but at least acknowledge the customers (kindly)…very disappointed

Terrible service. Ordered online and came 15 minutes later. Hadn’t even begun the order. Two teenagers behind the counter just standing there flirting when I walked in. Waited and left with my order, checked in the car and WRONG ORDER. What if I hadn’t opened them before leaving? Had to go back in and waited again, left and they still didn’t do it right. Too much effort to go back. Will not be going back to this location again. Sad because I used to order for my business at this one.

Delicious. I got a cheesesteak with American cheese and onions and husband got a roast beef. The bread was fantastic with the cheesesteak, as it held up under the heated and juicy toppings. Husband thought the bread was a bit stiff for his sandwich but couldn’t deny the bread tasted great. Cost felt appropriate for what we got.
