My husband and I traveled here to see steveo and after the show this was one place that was still open and it was totally worth it. Nobody else was there so we had the place to ourselves basically. Food was so good. People are so nice. It was a really great experience. We took back to the hotel our jalapeño tenderloin and ate the buffalo chicken eggrolls there. Such a great option you have to try it!

A little out of the way and a somewhat dimly lit parking lot gave the place a bit of that sus feeling. But we were welcomed as soon as we walked in to an open seating area with plenty of sports channels on multiple screens throughout the bar. Our server was great, gave us plenty of time to look over the menu and was quick with refills. They have a pool table area off to the side and plenty of friendly staff. The Crab Rangoons were awesome, and the loaded waffle fries with chilli and nacho cheese was fantastic. I had the Mac bac and cheese with a breaded chicken breast on a chibatta bun with homemade onion rings. I was blown away with the crispness of the breading of the chicken breast, the mac and cheese with bacon is always a hit. The homemade Chipotle Ranch was second to none. My friend had the bench warmer Philly cheesesteak sandwich with the curly fries. The fries were awesome and the sandwich was phenomenal. Next time I’m going to try the prime rib Philly cheesesteak option they offer and see which one I like better. These guys know what they’re doing in the kitchen, and they have some of the best servers and bartenders in the area.

Food only gets one star tonight. My sister was in town and I had bragged about how good the homemade onion rings are. So she wanted to try them. I picked some up and 90% of the order was no onion ring. Just little balls of breading. First bad experience I’ve had at this place couldn’t have happened at a worse time.

I randomly found this spot while driving through town and honestly, it was such a good surprise. Right when I walked in, I felt super welcome and the vibe was really chill and cozy. I got the wings and pizza and both were insane. The wings were perfectly crispy and super tasty, and the pizza was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The service was quick and everyone was super friendly without being too much. Felt like hanging out at a friend’s place. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the area. If you go, you have to try the wings and pizza.

Party of 5 on 6/23/25. I had the BEST tenderloin sandwich ever. Large, thick and very flavorful. Another person in our party had the walleye sandwich. He loved it! The onion rings were crispy and sweet and fried to perfection. The boneless wings were great as well. The only negative comment is the fries could have been cooked another minute longer. They were on the floppy side. Don’t let the exterior of the building fool you I live an hour and a half away, and if I lived closer, I would definitely go back again The service was very good as well. Our server was very attentive.

Benchwarmers is a great family friendly environment, and they have AMAZING affordable food. Most of everything they make is from scratch. The service we had last night was very friendly and attentive. She checked on us often and made sure we had a great time. Definitely recommend coming here for a good meal with your friends or family! They also do delivery or take out!!!
