This is the second time I received fries that look like this. I have NEVER seen Del Taco fries look like this. I made a mistake going back to this particular location because they gave me these nasty looking fries before. THAT TIME I asked them to replace the fries. It appears that they took just enough off the top and added some not so nasty fries, and left my original batch in there because the fries look exactly the same. I also didn’t post a review but this is just NASTY. I just decided I wasn’t coming back. The paper my daughter’s tacos were wrapped in we’re stuck to the tortilla, and all of the tacos were made very sloppily. Everyone on shift at 12:40pm on 8/15/23 needs to be fired. They don’t want their jobs. It’s clear in the service and trash they served today. My video is actually 5 minutes long but Google trimmed it to 30 seconds. This is the service Del Taco employees on Redlands Blvd. and Alabama are giving. NASTY. SLOPPY. DISGUSTING.

Busy place for sure, with very very good customer service skills. I got this bacon & egg wrap meal w/coffee it was so good. It was the perfect size meal for a lil over $5. And the iced coffee was tasty, I feel like it had a hint of cinnamon very yummy. The ladies there were doing a excellent job considering the drive thru line was to the street. I love Del Taco and this tasty lil breakfast meal most definitely hit the spot. I will definitely be going back to this location for I love great customer service.

I ordered two value tacos with chipotle sauce. For the cost they were ok but I go to this location alot because it’s near me. The most helpful thing I could say is the staff is trying . I didn’t even get a del taco bag as to last time the napkins and cups were from a grocery store.

Ordered two Carne asada fries and it’s basicly empty. where are all the toppings, I paid 6$ for each and looks like normal fries. Who ever made my fries clearly didn’t care or wanna work there. Also got 2 del tacos and 2 large drinks they came out fine it was just poorly made Carne aside fry.
