Well if I had the option to put zero Stars I would. The service there was terrible. Because when my friend and I got there I had planned to order the BIG BOX DEAL. Which was a Double del Cheeseburger, a burrito, a hard or soft taco, French fries and a drink for $9.00. I couldn’t find it so I ordered 3 double del Cheeseburger meals. I was taking one home to my bf for dinner. After I paid for the 3 orders I then saw the BIG BOX DEAL banner which was a small banner behind the cashier. So then I asked the guy that I placed my order with if I can exchange my orders for 3 BIG BOX DEALS instead. He then said he had to ask his boss. She was the one cooking all the food. So he asked her and she rudely said, “NO, We can’t do that cuz the order was already placed” She was extremely rude and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. And to top it off..
The MEAT in the cheeseburgers were hard and didn’t taste like meat, and the French fries were BURNT, and the guy cooked the French fries that had been sitting there and had gotten hard from the last order which must of been 20 or 25 min prior to us getting there. And I was choking on the bite of cheeseburger because the meat was hard on the outside. The only thing that was good from there were the drinks. So what I’m about to do is wait til morning to call the office at Del Taco and speak to another manager to let them know about the HARD BURNT MEAT & THE OLD FRENCH FRIES that were really hard and NOT FRESHLY MADE. None of the French fries were fresh!! I am extremely unhappy with Del Taco here in Redlands. Located off of W. Redlands and Alabama next door to McDonalds. I didn’t even enjoy my dinner. It made me sick. It truly did not taste like real meat. Last time I EVER GO EAT THERE. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this Del Taco. GROSS!! YUCK!! So do not go in the late evening to this location. You will regret it like I do. I should of stuck to my 1st choice which was Dominos Pizza. I feel sick now.

Food was mostly luke warm to cold and my son found some dirty floaties in his cup when we got home. The lobby dispensers weren’t working when we got there, so they filled it up behind the counter, but nobody apparently cleaned the soda dispensers behind the counter. I didn’t even bother to finish my soda after that. Calling the health department tomorrow.

The food was great, the restaurant clean, but I took a star because the representative who assisted me (who I believe was the manager), notably looked bothered when I asked for assistance. It was not particularly busy, 2 customers were already seated and enjoying their food, but when I asked for help ordering the Tuesday taco deal, she seemed bothered and said I could not order that on the kiosk. Instead of immediately offering to take my order at the register, she paused as if waiting for me just order something else. Then I asked if I could order on the register and she appeared bothered that I interrupted her work (she was holding a clipboard which she placed down). I want to note that the other workers were manning the grill/food and she was the only other person near the register. There’s more to the story but I’ll stop here.

Ask them four times if we could get our order done, no replied instead the employee smirk on his face. They did not even greet us when we walked in stood in there for at least 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention only two employees and their kitchen is right there in the front. I came here with my daughter and niece, and was helped by Christopher and Alyssa. They were very courteous and kind. Christopher took my order. He was very professional and I had a special order and they got everything right will definitely come here again great job.

I ordered two value tacos with chipotle sauce. For the cost they were ok but I go to this location alot because it’s near me. The most helpful thing I could say is the staff is trying . I didn’t even get a del taco bag as to last time the napkins and cups were from a grocery store.

Ordered two Carne asada fries and it’s basicly empty. where are all the toppings, I paid 6$ for each and looks like normal fries. Who ever made my fries clearly didn’t care or wanna work there. Also got 2 del tacos and 2 large drinks they came out fine it was just poorly made Carne aside fry.
