Quick and easy. Pleasant experience. The staff took my order promptly as soon as I walked in. I went to the bathroom came back and it was ready. I sat there and ate it because I was getting my car tires put on at Town Fair tire across the street. They didn’t seem to mind me sitting there eating my grilled cheese sandwich which was really good and I drank a large hot mocha coffee with cream. A good experience overall and a great way to get out of the freezing weather of late

Walking in, I was immediately greeted with “hello, how are you!?” And I instantly felt important. The teller Danny was extremely nice, had a smile on his face the entire time he talked to me and more than happy to get my order correctly, more importantly- he wanted to make sure it was done my way as he simply put “your way is the only way”. Best experience ever at a coffee shop. My girlfriend had her drink made wrong and ALL of the employees was willing to remake her drink and/or get her an entirely different one for free. Best Dunkin in Bangor/brewer ever!

First time having Dunkin Donuts as I live on the West coast. The donut was good but the coffee tasted so burnt. Even after dumping some out and adding more milk, it was gross so I threw it away.

Every. Single. Time I order from here there is something wrong. Why do I keep ordering from here you ask? DD automatically gives me this one when I order from work. I can’t choose a different location or I would. They totally didn’t give me my hot chocolate with espresso, the messed up my friends coffee, my other friends energy punch, and the donuts on the order. As someone that works at a restaurant.. I expect better. I expect my staff to look at their tickets and make the food correctly. This is wild to me. Now I have to leave work to go pick up my hot chocolate because God forbid I was able to get a refund. I won’t be Door dashing Dunkin anymore because it’ll being me to this store and I won’t be going back to this one again.

Well, i am certainly glad there is a D&D in Lincoln! I usually go through the drive thru, so I’m not sure what’s its like inside but I can tell you that the service in the drive thru is awesome! Helpful friendly kind employees who get your order correct and gave my pup a treat when I take him! Even when the line is long, they are quick with their service and you are able to get in and out quickly. Top notch!!
