This place is ridiculous. A few months ago the manager had said I couldn’t get my coffee made the way I’ve been getting it since I was a kid, saying it goes against policy. Okay whatever I’ll go somewhere else for my coffee, but just recently I went there to get a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles, I receive the donut, it’s just chocolate frosted. Whatever it’s fine I’ll go in and say something, they said they were out. I’m not gonna make them refund me 2 dollars so I said can I just come back the next day for the right one I was told sure. Came back the next day, tell the lady what happened she said it’s fine pull up I’ll get you right, awesome. I get ip to the window she says unfortunately they were out. I said it’s okay can I just come back next week? I get told sure just explain what happened. I go today and this “reginonal manager” tells me that she’s not aware of the situation and that I should have gotten a manager, and talked to her… over a simple mistake and a donut? Should I have gotten your manager or should your employees notified you? I’m not sure how soft the world has gotten where you have to call a manager for everything. Anyway she said she can’t help me because she’s unaware of it, and that there’s no way because they had chocolate sprinkled donuts when I asked for one and they always have them since they are made in house… so I say okay I guess I’ll just eat my money can I get a chocolate sprinkled donut and this lady says… “we are out of collate sprinkled donuts”. So you could be out today but there’s just no way you guys were out last week when I was told your truck didn’t come in which is why I couldn’t even get caramel in my coffee. At this point the girl just is a weirdo and has issues because this is the second time she has acted like this and has been condescending. Horrible customer service skills, and she doesn’t make any sense.also the first time I asked for a donut I reviewed just one sprinkle on my donut which is why I went back inside.

This Dunkin was the worst decision EVER. They NEVER could get an order right. Some how they can’t make frozen drinks but other Dunkin’s can. The drinks are always disgusting. The food is nasty. I hate it here! Oh the manager always got an attitude. Never again I will never spend my money at this location again. Take it down and put a Starbucks! They have me a cup of cream and water and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

I ordered a large matcha no ice and the cashier handed me a large cup but only medium amount of matcha. If you didn’t have enough matcha then you should tell your customers. Very disappointing

I had ordered three times from this same store and all three times they had messed up my order. This last time I had ordered two of my go to coffees and they didn’t add the right amount of syrup and the coffee itself had an awful taste to it so I filed a complaint and had to wait for the owner to reach out. I had waited for a whole week and was constantly checking my email and answering any random number that showed up to my phone but got nothing. I responded to the automated email letting them know I didn’t receive a response and they told me the owner had reached out but I didn’t answer. I am very appalled by the lack of customer service and accuracy of this place as well as the lack of honesty that took place. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want to get 100% accuracy on your order and fast service.

We’ve had issues a few times here but the bacon avocado toast with the blackened toast takes the cake. We’ve spent $40+ several times to have things missing regularly although they charge us for it. We’ve had someone yell at us one time through the speaker for asking for bacon. I feel like a Karen making a review, but it’s annoying enough to not go back.

There are quite a few Dunkin’ locations popping up around the area, but this one is by far my favorite. Despite some of the mixed reviews, I’ve never had a bad coffee here! The staff in the drive-thru are always friendly, and my order is consistently right. I actually look forward to stopping by whenever I’m in the area.

I’ve only been through the drive-thru three different times and my very simple order was wrong each time. I understand, its not a big deal but Ive always polite and patient while waiting for it to be fixed.

Today, I went inside to get my correct order and after waiting calmly for maybe 1 minute, I made eye contact with a worker in the back who responded by saying, “Is there something wrong with you?” with a clear attitude. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Between the constant order errors and the disrespectful customer service, Its just embarressing. Stick to Essentials.

I walked in and nobody greeted me, looked up or even acknowledged my presence. I’ve never been inside this location so I didn’t immediately realize I had to order on the kiosk. I ordered, the guy made my drink, and sat it on the counter. Again silence as he just walked away. It was just really awkward. I wasn’t the only one on there so there could’ve been some confusion with drinks/orders. Luckily my drink tastes fine. I likely won’t return as I’m big on kindness. A simple hi, headnod or smile goes a long way. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.

I understand it’s a morning shift, no one likes working early but, the fact that THE MANAGER didn’t pay attention, sung, got attitude, and cut us off when we’re trying to order through the drive thru is insane! I went in instead to order, but was met with attitude again, like they just didn’t want to be there. The cashier worker talked low and quiet so it was difficult to hear him. So when I said the name of the sandwich, he put in a whole completely different sandwich. When I told them the correct one still some attitude. Again I understand it’s the morning but, come on now.
