Ordered 2 bold green bean and cheese burritos, a cheese quesadilla without green sauce, chicken cheddar roller, and a carne asada steak fries box.
1. The beans and cheese burritos came with no green sauce and no secret sauce even though I ordered them to be bold. The burrito was also stale and almost tasteless.
2. I had ordered the cheese quesadilla to have no green sauce but it came with green sauce.
3. The carne asada fries box was supposed to be full, but when it arrived, half the box was empty. It didn’t look like the normal portion size.
I don’t know what happened to this place but it sucks now. Also, the order took about 48 minutes to prepare.

2 weeks ago, I left a review about bad flavor of burnt beans and Not finishing our order of burritos that we brought home, (I provided pictures of receipt and burritos) knowing the rest have beans ..so why bother eating the others I bought $22. I saw a manger (bigger lady, dark blonde ponytail, Caucasian) raising her voice at an employee, very unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable. She was making remarks about the employee not doing a task within the time of his shift, and then proceeded to bark more tasks at him even though she asked him to clock out. Higher ups, keep an eye on your staff

Order online and when I got there I had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order to be ready , when I got home my tacos were messy rip tortilla will not be returning.. hopefully owners sees this and talks to managers about talking to employees on food quality

I hope the CEOs read the comments. Don’t be fooled by the restaurant wait times. I ordered 4 bean burritos, 3 del tacos, and a cheese quesadilla. Pulled up to the window paid then was asked to pull around to the front and they would bring my order out. No one was in the drive thru after me. I sat there over 10 minutes two cars finally came through and left. By the time I got my food my quesadilla was cold and I went back in to have them make me a new one. I’m so sick of being asked to pull around so other “faster orders” get their food so their drive thru times look better. How about your workers actually work faster and people get their orders in the order they were ordered.
