The nuggets were really dark brown. Did you guys forget to change the oil? Also, we had two orders of 10 pieces nuggets and we didn’t receive any of the sauces…. Isn’t it common sense like how do you even forget nuggets come with the sauces? This location always forget something or mess up my order with horrible food quality.

Today I had to school one of the girls that you have a 6 piece meal as well in the past I had to reach a young man about the sausage biscuit meal for this to be a corporate store it bothers me a lot that I’ve worked for McDonald’s Fran no corporate store and his store was ran like how this location should be I asked for well done fries with no salt I got one full of salt gave it back and this what I received.. i expect better from a corporate store down to all shifts being covered down to proper uniform

When I ordered my food, I specifically asked for fresh fries for both meals on top of no ice in my drinks Logan Paul there’s ice in my drinks, and when I get to the window eat, my fries are not fresh. Ask them to give me a price rise all they did was went and dump them back in Grease because now they’re soggy and nasty.

I’ve ordered breakfast and it’s very good. But I’ve come multiple times to get a burger, nuggets, fries and it’s been so burnt. I can’t even enjoy the meal. I won’t be coming back

Don’t eat here, the last 3 out of 4 time of eating here my order was wrong, food was cold/old, or lied to me when I ask if they put the condiments I had requested… Just saying, I live in the apartments next to this McDonald’s and I would rather go to the one on Beltline Road and Plano Road.

Had an online order, guy bringing it to me looks homeless with his pants sagging says nothing to me and walks away, gets order wrong, went to fix at the window and half the staff looks at me, one of the girls was trying to be nice and help but the same homeless guy was really unprofessional and clearly has no experience in the restaurant setting, I’ll be amazed if he could even read this review. Anyways I recommend you avoid this McDonald’s.

They were completely out of ketchup packets…. I’m glad McDonald’s burgers are no longer super greasy to the touch. I prefer somewhat dry burger patties compared to super greasy ones. Maybe keep the lettuce to one slice instead of cutting it into small pieces because the pieces will fall everywhere from the burger when eating.
