Dining area was very clean, as well as the bathrooms. I was greeted immediately as I walked in by a cashier and quickly took our order. Our food was prepared quickly and was hot and delicious. Our cashier checked on us a couple of times during our visit, and I look forward to my next visit.

Del taco is great and this location is no different, but they frequently get my order wrong here. I hate to be the guy that slows down the line, but I always make sure to check my order before driving off because it’s wrong so often. The drive thru mic does face main st which can get super loud, so I’m not sure why they haven’t moved it yet. When they do get it right, though, the food is great.

This place is awful with customer service and ripping people off! A while back I ordered on the app, they were out of 2 things I ordered, even though the app let me order and charged me for them. They kept claiming they “couldn’t give me a refund” all they could do was give me something else. All their suggestions were a bit cheaper than I paid, plus, I didn’t want anything else! They told me I had to go through the app to request a refund. There’s no way to get ahold of anybody through the app, and even submitting complaints or anything you don’t even get an automated response. I tried for a week getting ahold of someone with no luck, and finally had to have my back do a charge back. I never order on the app anymore.

I ordered through the app for delivery and requested 20 packs of hot sauce for my two fiesta family boxes and not only was order late, food delivered cold I didn’t get ONE pack of hot sauce. Like who’s going to eat Del taco without hot sauce. A waste of my money. Read people it was all over the receipt. And they marked it off as if they gave it to me

Disappointed food was horrible didn’t not taste like del taco. Could tell grease was dirty also by the taste of the frys. People working here were very nice/helpful got our order correct and made sure our frys were well done like we asked. Just sucks food was horrible.

You need to remove the ai from drive thru i am encouraging everyone to avoid any drive thru that uses ai to order its replacing peoples jobs beware your job can be next i like talking to a person not a computer i am not old school but you have to remember if one person loses a job do to this it effects 10 other jobs because that person cant go to market,gas station,department stores because they dont have enough money, that means those places have to cut hours or lay off people due to less buyers what happens is 20 people were let go would it effect your job?

This del taco is the worst one I have ever been too. As soon as we walked in the door all you see is nothing but dirty tables, food all over the floor, just disgusting!!!!! If I was the manger there and walked in and saw all that I would have been getting on my employees to go clean it up..they are so lucky health department didn’t walk in and see all the dirty tables and food all over the floors..also seemed like the employees just did not care what their place looked like.. so disgusting and so disappointing!!!!!

So tonight 4/12/22 after a long day we decided to treat ourselves to some del taco. Well what a waste of our money. The owner really needs to train the employees on how to make a simple burrito the meat and cheese goes inside of it. Next for 25 bucks and change I would think my order would have been correct but guess that high minimum wage you dont get any better service you just pay more. This is my fault for not tearing the three bags apart to count each thing I ordered guess thats on me my bad …. Thought I paid for the correct order. Next is the best when you keep treating your customers bad sooner or later you wont have customers to buy your high priced food. I will never ever give my money for anything from this establishment again. Thanks for helping me out with the decision.

Visited my local Del taco this evening and these are some of the “freshly cooked” food items I received. Its very disgusting that their prices have went up but their quality went down.I wouldn’t recommend this Del taco to anyone.
