The cashier was unbelievably kind and professional, they got our order perfectly (picky kids). So happy with the food, which was exceptional, and the service. Went out of our way to come here because I saw the reviews and it did not disappoint! I wish I knew their name but the cashier who was working today around 1pm (August 13th) deserves recognition!

First time trying Del Taco since moving to the area. Initially, I had issues with the mobile app and found out they were out of the M&M Shake once arriving. However, the manager was very customer-oriented and assisted swiftly. She was about to leave for the night but overheard the issue and offered several dessert items to offset the amount spent for the shake.

Food is great but bad service and health guidelines is unacceptable and should be pointed out immediately . Had a nice meal but I noticed the lady at the cashier in the night shift is the only one who charges for ranch for fries lol and other employees don’t charge at all. The manager wore No gloves while she made my shake and put the lid on it with her bare hands and the front lady’s who handle the cash and serve the food shouldn’t handle the food if they don’t have gloves on. Bad service for myself in my opinion because this might not be a big deal to others .

I love this Del Taco location. I hate the one over on Via Princessa. They scrimp on everything. Their burritos are dry as drywall. They are as slow as sap dripping. Thank you for being great and consistent here.
