Love del taco! But today 11/9 at 12:30pm, i went with my kids in the drive thru and the young male that took our order was so rude! Disrespectful in the way he was speaking to me. I added and xtra combo to my order and was repeating my order to him since i made a change and he said “wait wait hold up hold up” not professional, more as if i was a homie/friend his, had attitude to the max. Not happy at all.

I’ve been going to this del taco for almost three years now and the customer service is horrible especially on Thursday nights whoever that cashier is she’s extremely rude and disrespectful to the customers and the cooks. The manager needs to retrain her or let her go I will never come back to this location again.

I ordered a bun taco (which have not been on the official menu for many years but they previous made them when they were ordered). The woman told me they no longer make them but went ahead and made it for me anyways. It makes no sense they wouldn’t make them since they have all the ingredients.
