The staff are great here. Very helpful especially since I have a broken hand and foot and they made sure i was able to get my food and drinks to the table.
Love the chicken strips flavorful and moist. Cheese sauce is also a favorite. Mom loves her cookies and cream milkshakes lol.
Will definitely be back.

I usually love Chick-fil-A. This experience was not great. I ordered food through the app as I usually do and took my food. I drove all the way to the house I was going to just to find out that my sandwich was missing. I had to order a new sandwich (I did get for free) because of the missing sandwich from the original order. When I went back, the employee told me to go to window. The employee at the window was like who made the mistake. I was like you guys forgot my sandwich. He said, sorry about that and I can give you a promo sandwich to replace it. I said that I ordered through the app and it was free. He said ok with a smirk on his face. I do think the service could be a bit better.

I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review for Chick-fil-A, but this experience was surprisingly disappointing. There was a simple mix-up with my order, and instead of handling it with the kindness and professionalism Chick-fil-A is known for, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily objective. After addressing the mistake, she actually started following me to my table obviously annoyed to in my opinion count the sandwiches, which felt disrespectful. I was up front about them possibly not ringing it up because we ordered a lot of food. We spent 65 dollars! She did mention she would “handle” the employee who made the mistake, and while she didn’t correct them in front of me, the tone and approach felt harsh rather than supportive or solution-focused. She actually said I will handle them when I said we did order th sandwich.
Chick-fil-A is known for exceptional hospitality and positive culture, so this interaction felt very out of character for the brand. I hope the manager is replaced or receives training in communication, professionalism, and customer care so the experience better reflects Chick-fil-A values.

I came into this chicfila, at 9:15 pm. No car, just walked. They closed the inside at 9 o clock, so I walk through the drive through and ask if I can still place an order, the man at the drive through says I can. Then, I was planning on using a free chicken sandwich giftcard provided by chicfila, the card expired September 30. It’s October 1st. So when my friend gets his food and the manager comes out, I kindly ask, may I redeem this giftcard, I’m a day late and would really appreciate it. The manager denies my requests and tells me to leave. If he really cared about customers he would have atleast tried to do something about it. Then I had a 10$ giftcard and tried to redeem that, a sandwich was exactly 9.99… I was taxed 65 cents and couldn’t redeem my giftcard. Horrible service, ruined my night.

Most definitely my favorite Chick-fil-a! I practically come here first thing every morning for breakfast and the staff is always polite! Special shout out to Tyler who is always in a good mood and serves the food in a great timely matter.

I visited this Chick-fil-a and they definitely didn’t have the great customer service that most chick-fil-a’s are known for. I had a mobile order that I picked up inside and the staff did not seem welcoming, no one greeted me upon arrival, no one asked me my name for the order, the app said my food was ready but everyone just stood around like they didn’t want to bring me my food or as to discuss who was going to serve me. When some finally decided to approach I had to say hello to them and ask was that my order before they would even speak. And mind you they were not that busy at the time. I don’t give my money to businesses that do not make me or people that look like me feel welcomed but maybe it was just me. But I will not be returning to this location, that was my first and last time. On top of that they didn’t even get my drinks accurate I asked for sweet teas and the gave me unsweetened teas with my meals. I do not like when places just give you what they want to give you instead of telling you if they are out of something and asking you for an alternate choice.

I come by here whenever I want Chick-fil-A even though it is not the closest to my house. It is the nicest one in the area. It is a newer one and is particularly nice if you ask me it is generally quiet there’s not that many people inside and it’s just a nice place to sit and eat.
They have outdoor seating which is great I really wish more places in New Jersey would have outdoor seating enjoy it!
I never use the drive-thru there is always a long line and when you go inside there is no line and no wait. That is true for any fast food in New Jersey I just don’t understand why people sit in their car.

A very kind young man named Ian went above and beyond by walking me and my daughter (1) and my siblings (3,6) to our car with an umbrella in the rain! His thoughtfulness truly made our visit special! Not a lot of people would do that now of days! So i really appreciate that! Thank you!!
