Any place that has an advertisement for a discount and says it’s not a thing is not a place I want to visit. I dislike seeing a service member be told that there’s no discount when the sign is right next to the cashier (he looked and said that’s not accurate, because the manager says we don’t have it). The military member turned away is an active duty military member, but the store still keeps their sign up for advertising.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered food at 11:45am to pick up at noon. Food wasn’t ready at noon. Was told to pull up to a door and they would bring it out. 2 people BEHIND me got thier food. I go inside only to get nasty cold food, had to remind them about my Coke, but only got a dr pepper because they didn’t order any coke on their truck, along with all other flavors execpt for dr pepper. The food is nasty and cold. Whoever the store manager is needs to clean house and get rid of the 4 people working at noon on August 14th. They were too bust screwing around than doing thier jobs.

I ordered three tostadas and one was burnt corn shell!! had to take it back to get another one made and my second tostada tasted burnt but already home so threw it away they need not to cook the tostada for too long!!! wouldn’t recommend them to no one!!!!!

Shift Manager Chauncey is very rude. I called customer service and gave the whole story to corporate. The person who answered sounded stoned. He said that I would get a call back from management. I waited weeks and got no response. Apparently, the only way to get attention is to thru the website. So now, I am waiting for that response. Truth: Before this incident, I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I’m not a “Karen”. I don’t have experiences negative enough to complain about, but this guy went way outside the boundaries of acceptable behavior for human to human, forget about me being a customer.

When going through the drive thru, location always telling their customers to pull forward and park in the front, even when you’re the only customer. Said I would wait there and the cashier was very rude and demanded I pull forward. I didn’t want a spit Taco, so I moved. Took them 15 minutes to get me my food and during that time, they didn’t have a single other customer. The spit Taco was delicious.

I don’t know what going on with this establishment lately. Twice now I have went after work…about 10pm and was told at the drive in speaker that they are closed for about 15-20 minutes. Another time I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes waiting, then saw 2 get out of a van, ho inside and then I hit my order taken. Also, they just can’t seem to make my tacos right, no tomatoes on half, and no sour cream
